If u compare Iridescent to Breaking the Habit, they are totally opposites of the totem pole. Breaking the Habit was a dark moody art that it was about being in the middle of a dark period trying to break free, whilst Iridescent is right at the gates of Hope, freedom of speech, respect and love that u let go of your past and everyday frustrations. I cant wait to hear this song live Ill give lp my vote to have this song as the thrilling conclussive single coz it deserves it!

I guess Linkin Park are standing up for themselves saying they are proud of what they made like a hard-working blue collars musicians. They are being patriot when it comes to the finished product of A Thousand Suns. Screw being safe, its an awesome record! I hope musicians are taking note of this coz there are real differences between creativity and making 'hits' And one more thing, i dont think Linkin Park would split, they are more happy as ever even tho their relationship with warner is strained from differences concerning their contract.

I like When They Come For Me, Robot Boy & Blackout but the song that stands out is Iridescent. While it may be similiar to Coldplay's Fix You in terms of building the song up to exploding conclussion, theres just something exciting and epic about this that i just cant describe.

Not really, its only catering pre-orders off the big continents. After reading this thread im now 50/50 between buying the Australian on-line pre order store and goin to another town to possibly get the cd/dvd combo since i dont have a music retail store in my town anymore. I hope the computer registers doesnt crash from popuar demand of pre-orders

Exactly. The lp live forums have been on the tight leash when it comes to wats posted because of particulary Lp's lawyers and Warner Bros. I kno that those out there arent gunna be happy that cant get the songs for free anymore (unless they risk it on torrent) but i guess thats the way the cookie crumbles. Although if people go buy their albums likewise theyd not only know how popular the band when it comes to how many copies the album has sold is but theyll get quality songs. Just my opinion P.S. Because that the CD album will be coming with a dvd, im so gunna try and buy it even if i have to go to another town to get 'A Thousand Suns'

It should also be reminded that previous 'Official' LP studio albums, live albums & dsps from their website, underground series, singles, side-projects and their mash-up albums are also on the banned list so dont bother posting them up either. Either buy the cds, get them from off official online music shops or go torrent (at your own risk). Id hate to see a wonderful site get shut down by some people not listening to the rules, its oblivously there for good reason so please go read them.

unique, epic, kick-ass, classic. those are the 4 words that i describe on not only how exciting the album (a thousand suns) will be but it sounds like its gunna 'own' every album, single and e.p. that linkin park ever released lol

Those still having trouble with editing the remix should take this advice that mike posted from ms.com: "A bunch of people are asking about key and tempo. It’s in D minor, and the BPM is 135." Its a holy grail off The Legend of Zelda video game series.
