Wow, some of you guys are livid. It's understandable - this is obviously a set that's not meant to make everyone happy. I like it quite a bit because it's interesting and unusual, though I hope they start subbing in other songs aside from the upcoming onslaught of THP tracks. This show was hilarious to watch, though - every time someone fucked up, the shoutbox exploded. I'm surprised there's not yet a petition to just have Brad executed, the way some of you guys were talking.

Straight to DVD is pretty disappointing considering some of the cast, and the amount of work put into this. Oh well - filmmaking is a side project for Joe, anyway, it might be better for LP if he doesn't get continually pulled away by other projects.

That new solo for WID is utterly incredible. It's a shame Brad's lost most of his stage presence - imagine him pulling that shit out in like 2003.

Yeah, I don't think the hip-hop medley will make it into Download's set. It might even be the only show they don't do it at, just so they can get some "full" songs in around HT.

Those videos are a great glimpse into the set, even with the absolute lack of bass making them all sound kind of empty. I'm sure with real audio/being at the show made the whole set a monster. Wastelands is one I need to hear in the studio to come to an opinion on. The Catalyst/Requiem thing sounded interesting, but I dunno how I feel about it going straight into GATS. Hopefully they'll work on the transitions between all these weird things they're doing - it kind of reminds me of Kanye West's Hurricane Sandy relief set, where he just played a 16-song medley with zero breaks. It's also astounding, looking at the show page, that In the End is the only track that's just...there.

I'm pretty sure that (short) notation is bullshit for most of those. What would it even mean? Almost all of those tracks were reported as being played in full.

It took a while for me to come around on RECHARGED, but I like it a lot now.

I'm really glad they're not ignoring RECHARGED. It really is Reanimation 2.0. I just might go see the Tampa show now, this is an amazing set.
