  1. Thats awesome! forgot how kickass Robs drumming was in this track!
  2. Its a live show or something during 2003-2004? Looks cool whatever it is, but please excuse me for not squealing in excitement or even my ignorance, as I'm fully unaware of what the significance of what this show could be Great to see LPL back too
  3. woah I haven't even heard half of those catalyst remixes! But anyway, my vote goes to Wretches and Kings (GBC Remix) I was disappointed in that one.
  4. I disagree with you there, I think "when they come for me" & "wretches & kings" rival Given up & No More sorrow in terms of sheer heavyness. Like Chester has said before, a song doesn't have to be metal to be heavy. Heck, even the Catalyst is pretty heavy next to many of MtM's soft tracks, and that was pretty much all electronic. But Anyway, I too would love LP's next album to be a real heavy one. With or without guitars. I'd like something darker too. LP are great at creepy atmospheric stuff like Wake/the Requiem. I'd love for a full album to sound like those intros.
  5. No offense guys, but some of you have some silly excuses for liking/disliking 'Not Alone' & 'issho Ni' "Issho Ni'" better 'cause it's fresh", or "not alone"s better 'cause it has lyrics Well I personally like NA better - Yes it has lyrics, but that isn't its best quality. I love it mainly because of its production and mood. It's bridge (with the reversed/sampled strings) gives me chills every time. Haiti couldn't of had a better song made it its tribute imo. "Issho Ni" I still have to warm too. Although, in retrospect being just an instrumental probably is a good thing, and at this time it's probably more appropriate. Trying to create "Not Alone" part2 would have been cheesy, So I'm glad Mike came up with this little track instead.
  6. Marvelous track! Got me into the 'Handsome boys...' great hipHop collab. Such a shame they don't make any music anymore. But back to RocknRoll, apparently Mike wrote/performed all the guitar parts in chester's bit. & yeah, I'm pretty sure it's all their own lyrics
  7. Seriously guys? JiggawhatFaint is better than DOYS/LFY ? I actually think DOYS sounds pretty damn good with LFY. It should win AT LEAST for the 'wheres my f**king frappachino?" quote well my vote goes to JiggaJigga
  8. Linkin Bieber? LOL man, hes completly lost it!
  9. Wow, I had no idea he felt that way against them. Especially the 'Step Up' thing. Jeez.
  10. lol finally we know the answer! A well derseved win for AP4MH!
  11. what about the remix demos released on the net of Pts.of.arthy & Plc.4.mie haed? do they count?
  12. for the last time, my vote goes to FAINT!!! APFMH is the definitive song for me. Clever lyrics, tight drumming, badass singing/screaming and the greatest riff Brad Delson has ever written. And not that Faint doesn't have those qualities too, APFMH just trumps it. once again, Faint
  13. lol I'msorry, but i don't get how you could call a few piano chords like this disgusting? XD In the song's defense the chordage reminds me of "Hey Joe" By Jimi Hendrix. Same chord proggression & everything. God help you if you find that song disgusting too!
  14. Argh! FAINT! Its gonna be a real tight round this time!
  15. Ah thats easy, being a guitarist, I'd have to say "A Place for my head" its such an awesome catchy riff, and some of the chordage is quite tricky to play! dum dum da da do de do doo da da dum dum dum da dum dum dum da dum I thought I'm not much of a drummer, I had a blast (attempting) to play 'No More Sorrow' the last time i was near a drum set.
  16. Faint again xD I reckon it'll win at this rate!
  17. exactly, everyone seems to have it in for one another in this thread! Think of it this way, all the songs are good enough to have got this far in the election. ANY of them deserve to win and it shouldnt really matter as its just a majorities opinion.
  18. Cause the live version's better dammit! Thats the only reason I voted QWERTY off too. Sometimes, a live version just has more energy and that doesn't nessisarily mean the crazy outro/guitar solo. Rob's drumming & Mikes rapping seem that much better IMO
  19. Thats what I keep on saying on here and LPA too! W&K SHOULD be a single in some point. Its Heavy, its catchy and it has the old shool LP energy which would totally impress all the casual fans who think LP have gone soft since MTM. But apparently no one agrees with this and though i agree 100% with Iridescent & BITS being singles, they need another heavy song to break things up a bit.
  20. Personally, I think you should find a happy medium between that and complety insanity xD I'm been to countless gigs and I'm forever sick of people barging by me to go to the bathroom/Bar right in the middle of a song!!! But yeah, LPdomxho, if your bringing your camera, don't spend the entire show standing in one spot to record everything. like Arbiter says, enjoy yourself! You'll regret it afterwards. just bare in mind other people!
  21. I only want to see another DVD if its something completly orginal that we haven't seen before. That was another thing that was weak with RTR is that most of the tracks where already on LIT. so nothing orginal except the MTM songs and PMA piano version - not to mention cutting all the best tracks ¬_¬ I'd like to see somthing really epic (like already mentioned) a full string/orcestra on stage and/or marching band or childrens choir - like in the 2007 xmas show. That'll make things interesting for once!
