I think its going to be very interesting to hear Across the Line (Japan). The most we know about it is how we heard it in its very raw stage . I would have never thought this song made it all the way to the final stages... Wonder if Grecian did the same?! LPU10? lol

Hmmm... My question would be... Mike, has there ever been a song that has been recorded from the Hybrid Theory, Meteora, or Minutes to Midnight sessions that was dropped but you didn't want to see go? Example: The band votes it out but you are the only one who wanted it to stay? And if so, do you think you could tell us a little bit about that song or songs and have we ever heard or will we hear them?

I would say May or June is the projected Release date by LP and Warner. LP will have the album mixed and finished I say by March or April, then see a single the next month, and followed by the release of the album. Until then.... Bring on LPU9!

I'm not sure or not, correct me if I'm wrong, but when MTM was being finished they had 17 tracks and then decided to cut 5? I can't reamber if this was stated somewhere or not. No Roads Left, 6th String Song are only two that come to mind. Unless you count QWERTY stuido version (But I don't think this song was ever intended for the final cut). So really, it could be the 6th string song or something we never knew was out there? My guess is though that it is the 6th string song just cause Mike knows everyone knows about it and has been asking about it. Can't wait till December! Edit: Also, I hope Mike gives us some decent info next week about the new LP.

This is what I'm kind of hoping for. First - Getting demos from HT, Meteora, MTM... Then - Getting something that has been recorded during there new album phase. Could be a track to give fans a heads up of whats coming? Who knows... Like I said, we'll know in December... or until Adam gives us more news...

Nice can't wait! I wonder though. The new song... will it be a song that was taken out of the mix of a previous LP album or one that has been wrote during the making of there upcoming album? Guess we'll have to wait till December!

I would have to say Chester would have every right to be exhausted during the summer tour this year. Have to put into the fact him and the rest of LP have been pretty busy this year. Chester has been working overtime this year trying to balance getting his side-project out finally, making videos for his album, plus working on the new LP album. He loves LP and DBS and I'm sure he is pumped for next years summer tour. Cause by then (I hope) we'll have a new LP album out. New set list

Hmm guess this means the album will probably drop by may or June? Just in time for the summer tour I guess. Then again he could just be saying mid-2010 just in case they can't meet a certain deadline they are trying to meet now.... or not...

I have to say I seen this coming. Chester is really trying to promote this album as much as he can. Releasing songs left and right, plus the upcoming listening party next month. Its not a bad idea though. I say he wants to get the music out there, play a few shows this fall and get into full gear for the upcoming LP album.

Sounds interesting. Looks like they are keeping Mr. Hahn very busy if there are techno like beats. Now I'm really curious as to how this album will sound.

Some the songs I would like to see make it to the LPU9 are... Maybe a finished Grecian or Japan The famous 6th String Song (And a few others I cant think of right now) Plus throw in a real nice high Quality recording of New Divide Live and Mike doing his special versions of POA over the summer tour.

Hope this video clears it up for a few, even though Chester stated it before, that LP is very important to him, that they always come first, and that he wouldn't have even done Dead By Sunrise if it was going to jeopardize his relationship with LP. Can't wait for this album. Plus it'll help with the wait for the new LP.
