  1. It definitely exists my friend. Studio version is available on Z-Trip's album Shifting Gears that came out in 2005. I've been loving the song since literally 2005. It's available on Apple Music and elsewhere. Hell, search YouTube for it.
  2. Yeah, I could see that. Reminds me of something electronically heavy with rapping. Similar to stuff like Animals (2011 Demo), Wretches, LITE, etc.
  3. Probably not. Crossing A Line is by far the worst song we've heard so far. Running From My Shadow probably would be big if it were a LP song with Chester singing the chorus.
  4. I believe it was ‘’Whiteboy’’ brand. He wore that brand a lot from 2004-2006. And if you zoom in on the hat during the DVD, I believe you can see a little tag on the side of the hat that says Whiteboy.
  5. Mike is and always was Linkin Park, but yeah. I guess it's a good strategy to get some songs out there circulating. Just wish he dropped the album differently. Either way, fuck it, it'll still be good.
  6. He released the EP when nobody knew it would be part of an album. Why he didn’t just release a lead single and then the album, idk. When you’re gonna release 7 songs from an album, at that point, why even release an album, just release singles whenever like a lot of modern artists do. I thought June was a super late release date anyways, because it’s even like the middle of June. Should have came out in like March. Or waited and just released the first single that way we only had a small wait. The thing about Linkin Park that has bothered me in recent years is that the gap between the first music that we hear and the album is so big. Why?? It kills the hype of the album to me and usually just frustrates me into not even care about waiting for the album anymore. MTM did it right. WID dropped in late April and MTM dropped a month later in May. ATS had a similar wait basically. Didn't The Catalyst drop in early August and then the album dropped in September?
  7. I say MTM for Chester because he did contribute a lot to that album. He said in interviews that he wrote the lyrics to Given Up and The Little Things Give You Away. He also came up with the original version of Shadow Of The Day. Mike also told me at a Meet & Greet in Holmdel, NJ back in 2014 that Chester wrote the lyrics to Valentine's Day, I had asked him what the song was about lyrically and he said you'd have to ask Chester, because he wrote the lyrics to that one. He also obviously wrote the lyrics to In Pieces, being about his ex-wife and the divorce, etc. The MTM DVD also shows Chester coming up with lyrics with Mike, there is an entire segment on it. Chester was also shown in a lot of the photos and videos for the making of MTM, much more than albums after MTM. He was even in the very early photos from the Korn Studio shown with the LPU Photo Journal in almost every photo. But yeah, I'm not saying that he contributed less after MTM, because I don't know for sure, but it just seems like. It's not a bad thing, Mike and Brad were really the main songwriters all in all, especially Mike. I just think Chester did actually contribute a lot in the earlier years, more than people know, and we have a proof of a lot of it from the first three albums.
  8. He is a pretty good drummer. It's cool that Mike reached out to a bunch of people for this album. So far we have Rob Bourdon, Brad Delson, blackbear, K-Flay, Chino Moreno, Machine Gun Kelly and grandson all contributing to some part of the album. But he made good use of the features, at least the ones we have heard so far. And the story behind a few of the tracks (like a few being OML ideas (Place To Start and the K-Flay song) is also cool. I bet the Chino and M.G.K. song will be cool. I'm most excited for Ghosts and Can't Hear You Now but honestly I just think the titles for those are cool sounding and I think the final track on the album will be epic (Can't Hear You Now). We still have a lot of music yet to hear from the album and it's coming out fairly soon.
  9. I feel like this is one of those songs that will grow on me when the full album is out and I listen to the album from start to finish. It's weird, that's happened to me in the past with some songs, particularly Linkin Park and Linkin Park related stuff. I will say that I liked the music video for this song, though. It was cool.
  10. Isn't Darren King from Mutemath? He plays drums on Hold It Together? Kind of cool if so. Loved seeing them with LP on Honda Civic Tour in 2012 at 3 shows.
  11. Not a big fan of the song. I even like About You more. Still excited for other songs on the album, though.
  12. Actually, I think you're right about that. Didn't think about it like that. I think if the band simply swapped Sharp Edges with One More Light in the tracklisting, it fits better.
  13. You're probably correct on that as well. I think the most recent one we discovered was Grr (1999 Demo) from LPU15 being used in the background at some part on Frat Party At The Pankake Festival. But there are so many unknown songs used in LPTV/LPUTV and other stuff like some MTV shit, etc. Check out the LPUTV episode called ''Mike's Shirt'' from 2007. An unknown song is used throughout the episode in the background. But there are tons and tons more.
  14. For sure, couldn't agree more. They are masters at it. But I don't think that about all of their albums. HT, Meteora, ATS and OML weren't that epic to me. ATS should have ended with The Catalyst and OML should have ended with OML. Just my opinion on that, because they're both really epic songs and great closers, IMO. HT and Meteora didn't really have an epic quality track (I love the albums but they weren't that mature yet). The Rising Tied closing with SOTB was phenomenal and possibly one of my favorites. I also love ITD closing Out Of Ashes.... so good. Bonus tracks kill the flow so that's why I listen to them separately. Mike knows all this stuff is important so that's why he does it. He's a genius. He creates a piece of true art with each project, so didn't Chester to a degree. But Mike creates each album like a journey, a real piece of art. I love that.
  15. I’m calling it now. ‘’Can’t Hear You Now’’ will be an epic track, akin to how epic Slip Out the Back, TLTGYA, Powerless, ALITS, etc are for closing out the albums.
  16. Hmm.... gonna wait for the full song to judge it.
  17. Walking In Circles, definitely. I've always loved the song. Let Down is probably a close second. Honestly, I love the entire album. But I'd say those two are probably my favorite.
  18. LPU should just re-issue all the LPU CD's like they did in the past. They can do it. Just make new reprints of them. The originals are hard to find. I've found that LPU4 is by far the hardest to find as well, probably because it's one of the best ones. But they're all hard to find. It sucks. I hope you can find a copy.
  19. Pittsfield, MA https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pittsfield,_Massachusetts
  20. Actually, that was cool when he sang it without Chester at the Hollywood Bowl show because we got to see that side of him. Good point, I forgot that.
  21. Honestly, I kind of do, because Mike used to make other genres of music besides just pop like he has been since 2015. I think there is a potential to be some wildcards on the album, maybe a different genre or two. I'd like to see Mike try and sing a rock song, for example. No Roads Left was probably the closest to that. I said before a long time ago that I would like to see Mike try to sing aggressively or perhaps even try to scream.
  22. Julien-K has been talking about this project for a few years now. What details do we have on it? I think it's another brand new studio album, right? Anyone know the sound or direction? Sounds like it could be some heavier shit like Death To Analog, Technical Difficulties, Flashpoint Riot, 1000 Years Of Destruction, etc. But maybe I'm totally wrong. Anyone know any details on a single or release date or anything?
  23. I drove to Camden once for the show + summit in 2012 and it was like a 5 hour drive so I probably won't do this show. But it's awesome he is playing another U,S, show. Hopefully he adds more shows, like NYC.
  24. No it's a pre-order meaning you buy it now and it will ship out that day or maybe a day after that or so. I think that's how it goes. Makes sense to do it that way because then they can make the shirts for the numbers of orders they have instead of just mass producing a shit ton of shirts and hoodies that might not sell.
