It's pretty obvious that it's canada plus canada is also named on the show page. Mentioning the state is enough, we also have no USA for the US shows. I thought the show was outdoors, not in the arena there at Kirjurinluoto. The International Jazz Festival is held there outdoors (I THINK) and the Knebworth show is outside, but I'm not sure. Knebworth Park is on the grounds of Knebworth House. Stevenage is the nearest big city...Knebworth is right. The park is more specific than the House.
