My personal pick is..... FIRE!!! I actually didn't like this song at first, but after getting a good quality rip and giving it a chance, I grew to love it. My Suffering and Let Down are two very close seconds(or thirds..?)

It's hard to choose one, I like all of them, but I think "Fire" is great song and the album version of "Crawl Back in" sounds perfect, also the studio version of "Let Down" is awesome, can´t wait to hear that.

A lot of people don't like Fire...you aren't the only one. But for some reason, it's my favorite DBS song. I guess I just like the lyrics, the guitar is awesome too. But Walking In Circles really is epic as hell, it's so good. I just wish we had a better rip of it.

Actually, the lyrics are what I love best about Fire... if it was on melody alone, either Let Down or Walking in Circles would be the best, imo.

Okay... it's not easy to tell since I've heard cbi, ms and fire first...

But after listening to every song once I would still say:

Fire is my favorite DBS-Track!

 

Why? Well... I don't know but two days after the concert I woke up with this song running through my head... I sounds special... i never heard a similar song. Also it's not to fast and not to slow and I like the beginning... it reminds me a little bit on U2... maybe that's why It's my favorite one... yet!

Let Down has been my favourite song already from the beginning, and no one DBS songs yet has replaced it. Let Down is something special for me, reminds me a lot of good things. But i found every song really awesome, Fire (great lyrics) My Suffering (like the screams)

Voted "Walking in Cirlces" - Epic win

The thing is, I havent heard a bad song yet! - Though I must admit I wasn't too keen on Fire at first, but after a few more listens I love it.

 

Heres my order of best ....

 

• Walking in Circles - First time I heard it, I loved it. the music & melodies & everything about it is epic
• In The Darkness - Love it in the same way as WIC, the chorus is so hauntingly beautiful.
• Let Down - Been listening to it for the past 5 years! & love it the more times I hear it xD fantastic ballad
• Crawl Back In - Such an awesome "in your face" rocker. Something old skool about it + clever lyric
• My Suffering - Yes the orginal was better. it was like OSC with the same energy. it would have been higher if chaz didnt mellow out the verses though now it sounds like a mix of "Faith No More" & "Nirvana"!
• Fire - Real good musicianship in this. & it screams of "Grey Daze"
• Morning after - Still really fond of this track, but all the others seemed to have blowed it out the water - maybe thats why Chaz cut it from the album xD

I kind of expected My Suffering to get more votes.. I expected Let Down to get a lot. Fire surprised me. I didn't expect In The Darkness to have 0 though... That probably has more to do with the fact that their isn't a really good quality recording of that, but oh well.

 

Where's the Morning After love? lol, that song has been around forever... everyone's heard it plenty of times, lol.

Of the 3 they played live this summer, Fire is my favorite. However, Walking In Circles beats them all by far. Let Down is godly but the album version sounds weak from what I've heard.

 

WIC is just incredible to me, I really like it.
