RogueSoul Posted October 6, 2015 Posted October 6, 2015 This festival doesnt bode well for #FullPopIsComing Quote
crazygolfer Posted October 6, 2015 Posted October 6, 2015 (edited) Not more heavy rock...I know this doesn't confirm or imply anything about the direction of the new album, but still, while I enjoyed THP, I want something totally different from that. Edited October 6, 2015 by crazygolfer Quote
ChuckCheese Posted October 6, 2015 Posted October 6, 2015 I'm sure they'll keep the ballad medley in the set for this festival. Quote
GlassCastles Posted October 6, 2015 Posted October 6, 2015 *Linkin Park plays Hellfest* *Has Ballad Medley, Burn It Down, Castle Of Glass Exp, and Numb in the set* Well, that'll go over well Quote
loulax07 Posted October 6, 2015 Posted October 6, 2015 I didn't know that the French rock out. I figured they just sat around smoking and eating croissants! Quote
RogueSoul Posted October 6, 2015 Posted October 6, 2015 *Has Ballad Medley, Burn It Down, and Numb in the set* Well, that'll go over well To be fair, that'll probably put the audience through hell anyway. Quote

sckofelng Posted October 7, 2015 Posted October 7, 2015 (edited) LP are one of the 3 high headliner rumors for Rock Im Revier at Veltins Arena + Rockavaria at the Olympic stadium in Munich along with Iron Maiden and System Of A Down. First bands are being expected sometime towards the end of october. Edited October 7, 2015 by sckofelng Quote
marzo23 Posted October 7, 2015 Posted October 7, 2015 If that will be right, it will be a longer tour next year^^RiR end of May perhaps and Hellfest 3 weeks later Quote
Igussek Posted October 7, 2015 Posted October 7, 2015 Maybe something in Poland again? Orange Warsaw Festival for example. Quote
marzo23 Posted October 7, 2015 Posted October 7, 2015 But I think it's too early for LP to come back with a new album in May/June.And the German festivals RiR and Rockavaria are from the opposing event management and not from MLK with stands behind Rock am Ring/Rock im Park and the LP solo shows Quote
Chazzy Chazz Posted October 7, 2015 Posted October 7, 2015 Maybe another Rock In Rio Lisboa show? The festival is around in the last week of May so... Could a possibility if this is all confirmed. Quote
michalangelo Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 Start a petition, we don't want LP touring 2016. Too early imho, get the new album done, while taking some rest from the concerts. Get back with a blast in Jan 2017. Quote

Get back with a blast in Jan 2017. These guys are living from touring. Some fans don't understand this. Touring gives you the most money and that whats all about. Also if they plan to release a new album 2016 they MUST tour to promote the album. Quote
streetsoldier9 Posted October 10, 2015 Posted October 10, 2015 I don't see why you guys think it's too short of time for them to release a new album and tour again. LP has done the same time frame for the last 3 albums and it's working fine. The U.S. won't have had a proper tour since Carnivores two years prior by the time next year. They did have a winter tour scheduled for this year but as you know, it was canceled, so most of the dates didn't get a show, and it didn't include a ton of the U.S. market anyways, it was mostly an east coast tour. PeppePark Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 (edited) Not a rumor at all but, Mimmo D'Alessandro, promoter of the Lucca Summer Festival, said in an interview that he's trying to bring Linkin Park at the next edition! http://vogliamoilsummerfestival.blogspot.it/2015/10/uno-dei-nomi-cui-dalessandro-sta.html Edited October 12, 2015 by PeppePark Quote
KeysToTheLinkinPark Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 About the Hellfest. Even Limp Bizkit played last year at Hellfest so come on play a little heavier set and LP is fine in my opinion. Its weird because LP can play everywhere. LP at a Pop-Festival, why not? LP performa at a Hip-Hop Festival, why not? They could play Ozzfest with an setlist, which would fit more, but i think they wouldn't do it. Quote
