  1. The live parts to the video are good but for some reason it seems like a Palladia commercial. The remix is terrible at almost every part
  2. Always great to see them adding more of these pre-tour shows. This allows for different sets for most. Plus a proshot of LP6 songs will be great, because i'd honestly be flabbergasted if it isn't out by then, esp. July. I've never seen the 2012 world Stage on Palladia, so hoping this one gets some time, all Palladia ever shows is Road To Revolution, 2010 World Stage (terrible) and Sonisphere.
  3. The tweet said in the studio, so it rules them out. I wouldn't be surprised if they did another collab with recording happening in different locations, but that isn't the case for this upcoming track
  4. I think it's best for a ~2 minute instrumental to be an intro and lead into a song. Can't think of much that would be good to lead into GATS though
  5. It falls in the spectrum of Pts.of.Athrty, but there wasn't any official involvement by the band on the remix. I wouldn't know what to do with it, but it makes sense to add it.
  6. I see a dog's face in there. New album confirmed
  7. That splash screen is all I'm seeing on my iPad, is there anything else to it? I can't find a way to access the full site. This cloudy theme hasn't been up for any other albums.
  8. 5,000 fans? Someone lives in small-town USA
  9. New song out February 29th
  10. What seems to have the most traffic or popularity? I've always assumed it was either this or LPA
  11. What he said, i know i'm not crazy! It was on MFR's YT page briefly but not today. I was going to link it when it was posted but I was on my ipad and had to go to work
  12. It must have gotten taken down lol! I saw it up 2 or 3 days ago, it was the full 50ish minute concert, with an intro that we've seen before with those Chester/Brad talking heads
  13. Yeah, the subreddit only gets a post every few days (then again, this place does too on LP's downtime). Help bring more traffic to it!
  14. Disappointing episode. Too short and half of it was stuff we have already seen. The part at rehearsals was good but not very in depth. Makes me think that Einziger's addition was just a sudden thing, because he didn't seem to be rehearsing, which could explain why he was playing a bit off-key at the live show. The good thing is that this was just about a month ago, so this got out faster (probably because it was 5 days worth of footage rather than a multi-week tour). This must mean that the next LPTV is going to be in-studio or at least pertaining to the next album. Also, in case not everyone has seen it yet, the concert has been posted to Music For Relief's Youtube channel as of a few days ago.
  15. I expect them to play ALTNC if Aoki is listed as a special guest. That could mean he doesn't have his own set and is appearing with another artist, obviously LP. in about 3.5 months, ALTNC may not be very popular by then, plus there will be new songs for them to perform from the new album which will be coming out shortly after that show. So the setlist will be interesting for this show at least.
  16. The TF3 show was a free public show to anyone attending in Red Square, so they could do that if they wanted.
  17. Mike's update on the actual quality of the album, and not the production, has left me both excited and crazymad. We're getting so teased with pictures and updates on studio time, bit we have basically NOTHING to go off of in terms of sound. The anomaly of it is exciting however, and Mike gave a simultaneously informative and vague at the same time.
  18. That's interesting, first non-festival show for summer. Weird that it isn't at the beginning or end if the mini festival tour in order to be considered part of a regular European tour. Would this still count with the other European shows as one tour?
  19. Is this a festival with other bands, or just a Linkin Park show? So far, they've all been frstivals that they've announced. The possible date is also giving us more chance that the album will be out before the summer starts.
  20. Go away. Phoenix will beat you with a bass for mentioning that name.
  21. This sucks for the diehard STP fans and anyone who had tickets to their shows. I was even going to go to a show this past tour but nothing close came by. There isn't much of a silver lining for the STP fans other than the possibility of rescheduled tours or slightly more time to begin/continue work on the STP album (is there ANY word on this situation, or is it just being planned?). Green Day did this a year ago when their singer was in rehab (don't get me started) but fortunately rescheduled many more shows than they lost. STP losing three weeks of shows isn't as hard of a hit as a full blown world tour, though it is really bad that some of those dates were places that never see these guys live. Astat is most likely right about the album in question being LP6. If you have kept up with their Instagrams or a thread on LPA, they have been in the studio a lot lately, with Chester included since the shows with STP have come to a break. The silver lining for the LP fans is that this allows more work on the new album while giving Chester a break from live duties in both bands. Not to speculate, but the news could also mean that the album could be on its way soon and they have just allowed some more time to work.
  22. I'd probably sell my soul for them to come to Pittsburgh, PA
  23. The lead single will likely be one of the first songs that they completed for the album. Hell, that song could be done now for all we know. And it will probably be one of the best from the album like most people agree with the past albums + lead single. Rushing doesn't always cause bad quality in music. It isn't like rushing a project that you dreaded doing, this is something that they WANT to do. As much as I'd kill for any sneak peek of what's in store today, I think the process is going fine for what they actually tell us. But you can't be wrong to assume that the album will be out by the American Tour. Probably out before the few festivals starting in May/June, but a few tours may not rush them to have it out by then. My prediction is that it will be out by then though.
  24. Yeah, Chester was off on some parts but the song as a whole sounded better than it has for a while. Mike's solos sounded alright but that's just because we never hear guitar solos on LP songs. A lot of their songs aren't even that great for soloing any way. Only the beginning of the solo on WID was the good part.
