    This guy had a file titled as "One Step Closer (KNDD)" since 2002. KNDD = 107.7 The End. So I checked their site and apparently Crawling and OSC already released in 2001. I found also some pictures: I wonder if there are more unknown shows or sources under our noses.

    Semi-solved: All these pictures (that we both posted) are from linkinpark.com. So these were captured from someone around the band and probably nobody had/has the videos except the band.

    Only on the back cover (and official releases of course), but you can see the names inside the booklet (without Mike). But yeah, it seems like Wake Me Up is the only song that Mike was part of.

I didn't found info about both of them so far, so maybe they only talked about it online. I think you can send them an email about it.
