  1. In this scan it's written (on the left side): "Concept: Mike Shinoda"
  2. We can't silence people just because their reactions aren't positive, even if they expressed it already over and over again, so as long it's topic-related it's going to stay. I'm sure most of the members wants to read only positive comments but this is not going to happen in a Linkin Park forum. The band change their musical style every two years and that means people might change their feeling towards the band or the music. Some of the people here, and in our colleagues communities, are the most passionate people when it comes to Linkin Park. I can realize why some people feels so grumpy when they're getting something that's way too far from what they were expected. Some of the A Thousand Suns reactions were even worse. But all in all people come here to express their feelings - positive AND negative. That is what this place is about. But I can offer you all this solution: while browsing the site using the desktop you can see a button titled "Report" USE IT everytime you feel someone is going overboard with his comments or spamming just for the sake of it, and we'll address it if needed.
  3. I didn't mentioned you or anyone by name. --- This forum is about MUSIC and OPINIONS ABOUT MUSIC, whoever who wants to share OPINIONS ABOUT PEOPLE can add his "target" on Facebook and argue all night. Most of the people who come to read news about Linkin Park don't care about all this nonsense. Whoever who can't stand other people opinions (no matter how "stupid" they are) is invited to leave. That's it. No more spamming the boards. I always try to loose the rules a bit to make everybody feel more comfortable but this is getting to the point you guys looks like kindergardan kids who argue about which color the air is. Embarrassing. Stop it or I'll stop it. --- Now Linkin Park since you're probably going to release this instrumental track as part of full instrumentals release can you consider next time to give us some interesting track as the second track? B-side, live track, demo of the single, whatever that will encourage us to buy the physical single? Thanks.
  4. From this moment on, every comment that's not related to the subject and intended to offend another member directly will be removed and the member will earn a vacation. No exceptions. No more warnings.

  6. Chester first lines doesn't sound synced at all, something feels very forced there. In general it is a pretty sweet song which can reach high on charts and this is a good thing in my opinion for the long term for the band to keep existing. The intrumental is very cool, I really like the drums. And the other singer has a wonderful voice. I don't "really" care about the lyrics when it comes to mainstream musicians (which Linkin Park is) this shouldn't be poetry anyway. The most important thing is to listen to the song as part of the album, with GATS for example a lot people who didn't liked the song at first changed their mind when they heard it as part of the album. Whoever who didn't like it should take into account that this may be the "poppiest" song on the album, imagine Until It's Gone as the first single from The Hunitng Party. I'm not trying to build any expectation for the ones who disappointed but one song doesn't mean the entire album sounds exactly the same. We're talking about Linkin Park after all.
  7. Comment here please: http://lplive.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=12540
  8. We've been asked to hide the full thing for now, sorry for that.
  9. Took me a bit to understand how Jan Zero's logo works.

  11. Yes. Whenever the video source is allowed an audio rip is allowed as well.
  12. Nothing important: Left side: Linkin Park linkinpark.com lpunderground.com Right side: Lorenzo Errico *Alfredo's Thumb* *Alfredo's Thumb* *Alfredo's Thumb* 0 424 *Alfredo's Thumb*
  13. Where? the 19th is not existing in the live schedule: http://web.archive.org/web/19980211111012/http://billboardlive.com/hiband/stage-events.html
  14. Bingo. If you click on the Twitter link on Chester cube it will lead you to JoomShaper Twitter account - a Joomla (content management system) templates provider. Another Linkin Park-related example: http://demo.joomshaper.com/2014/vocal/index.php/albums/item/11-just-life
  15. The Spark's music video is a riddle to me, I like when they're experimenting and getting out of the box. The idea for Lost In The Echo music video was epic (of course we can debate on the actual result), but I have no idea how anyone in the band confirmed that Spark thing.
  16. This footage is from Breaking Bad special episode.
  17. Yeah I know, but loose "What If" topic will be better in my opinion. --- What if they actualy promoted The Hunting Party? What if Guilty All The Same had a proper music video? What if Rebellion had a music video? What if Mike recorded another Fort Minor album around 2009? What if Stone Temple Pilots With Chester Bennington were a huge success? What if Joe played everything in place for just for one show? What if Chester didn't auditioned for Hybrid Theory? What if they leaked Pictureboard via Kazaa? What if?
  18. The first black and white photo is in a great quality even though it looks like a picture and not like an actual scan.
  19. What if they kept the Qwerty-ish sound for Minutes To Midnight?
  20. I didn't even knew you're working on it. You're always full of good surprises.
  21. I disagree with his statement as well. Feel free to say whatever you want, I was just commented on your comment. -- About the fillers thing, I don't really think that while they're in process they are like "ok we have 10 good songs so far, let's just pick another 2 and the album is ready". They're really taking their time with the studio albums - "only" 6 studio albums in 20 years so far - so I guess they put enough effort for all of the tracks that were chosen for the album. About Tinfoil/Powerless I still think there were 13 tracks on Living Things and they pull out one of them just before the release. It's just a theory of course and it's based on the back cover artwork, there are 13 dots for Powerless and this is way too tiny mistake to be just a "mistake" in my opinion. I might be wrong but if that was the case it makes more sense for me. There are a lot of songs with a separate intro out there, but the thing here is that Tinfoil tooks another track's place.
