  1. Is it only me or this is the show where LP said most thank yous and there was most bowing/nodding?
  2. Mike sings on FM, so it's 3 then I don't hear any scratching on Iron Man, neither do I hear Mike/second guitar 2: IMR piano - only Chester and Mike 2: LOATR acoustic - only Chester and Mike 2: TLTGA acoustic - only Chester and Mike 2: No Woman No Cry - only Brad and Chester I think that making a list of the most excluded members would be a good idea
  3. So performing at LPU Summits doesn't count as live? btw I don't think Joe performed when LP did cover of Iron Man of Black Sabbath
  4. I just watched the show, I really enjoyed it. Chester's singing was very good, but his screaming was kind of weaker than usually, it was especially weak during Faint bridge (he was mostly shouting instead of screaming). The show was very well executed (even though there were some fails), not only by LP, but fans (especially flashlights during Ballad Medley), crew, cameramen and people who worked with the webcast. The webcast was esthetically very good, I would say better than usual livestreams. I liked the lyrics idea, but since the lyrics was so messed up and unsynchronized, it didn't work very well. If it all would work the way it should, (titles appearing when they should appear, and lyrics), then it would be one of the esthetically best LP webcasts ever, in my opinion. There was also a lot of reverb and a very strong delay at some points of the show, does anybody know why it happened?
  5. Does Chester's "rapping" some lines in a rap song like It's Going Down, as his participation? Here we go I got one for each number for you 2:My December-piano version (only Mike and Chaster) 5:Sweet Child O'mine cover- (No Joe in there) 1:Morning After-Acoustic (only Chester) 4:The Messenger-(Brad, Mike, Chester and Rob) 3:Final Masquerade-Acoustic (Chester, Mike and Brad)
  6. Well, they have their own YT, so called YouKu, for instance I found the full Shenzen show on the site. here: http://v.youku.com/v_show/id_XMTI4OTM2NjQ3Mg==.html?from=y1.2-1-95.3.1-2.1-1-1-0-0
  7. I remember I used quite some time to vote for the song, and now I feel like it was for nothing, I doubt we can beat Numb now, it's too late. I know that LP wouldn't probably play DS in Beijing, but what if a Chinese journalist would bring it up in an interview, or a fan would bring it up, maybe that would somehow affect LP.
  8. Fuck! Don't Stay doesn't stay on the first position anymore! We need to change that!
  9. , and the rest of Lockout Sessions are the oldest footages, performances and interviews of LP/HT I know of
  10. Yeah, sorry, I just mixed those two. Strange UIB was played even though it wasn't on the document, that's why asked the questions concerning the penalty of playing a song that's not on the document.
  11. This one: http://lplive.net/shows/db/2015/20150717
  12. Then go and search for Part Of Me someday. But you are right I would also love to hear some longer and progressive songs of LP
  13. According to the setlist UIG UIB was played...strange What would happen if a band would play a song that wasn't approved by the government in China? or a song that wasn't on the document?
  14. Yeah boy! We did it! What do you say, if we try to get Robot Boy to the second place?
  15. 1. close the window that wants you to log in or something 2. scroll down until you see a yellow field, which is under a Mercedes commercial 3. then you see different song titles, they are placed in two columns beside each other, which are divided into five lines each 4. every line contains a song title 5. on the right side of each song title, there's the number of votes and on the right side of that there's a button that says "vote" in chinese
  16. I found a way!!!!! open two tabs of the site, and while one of them is reloading vote on the other! voted 50 times in a few minutes, if you help me out we can get more votes on Don't Stay in a few days than Numb has!
  17. Fuck, I can't access the site on my phone without logging in, if I could I would do vote both on my pc and phone at the same time
  18. When you reload the page you can vote again, Come On Everybody let's vote for Don't Stay and see what happens when it wins!!!
  19. I think it's 3rd or 4th thread where we discuss the next studio album, but anyway... I hope for something different, maybe some blues, reggae, techno and jazz influences blended in the metal/rock/pop/rap/alternative sound they already have. I would like to hear some Chester's rapping too. Since Mike encouraged Brad and Rob to improve their playing order to play THP, maybe he should improve his piano playing, and make songs with some prodigy piano playing. Maybe do some death metal and metalcore songs. I would like an album with all this, an album full of diversity, and things they haven't done before.
  20. To make the set last 100 min they could simply bring back drum solo in BID, play songs that was shortened like LITE, in full, play more extended intros and outros like UIG intro, play rare singles like BITS and play AFN, that wouldn't make it much harder for Chester's voice, while the set would be significantly longer
  21. Since it probably is for Chester to rest, it doesn't take place for another LP songs, but if it does, then I'm against that. I think that if there will be more FM shows announced than the FM part of LP show should be cancelled.
  22. I think doing a survey when ordering ticket would maybe solve the problem. The survey would contain questions about what do you want to hear, it wouldn't ask about specific songs, but about the type of songs you would like to hear the most, like singles, usual album songs or rare/not played yet songs. Based on the survey the band would create the setlist. Another thing they can do is to rotate non-singles. I don't know why do they care so much about the "singles" anyway, I mean Crawling is one of their biggest singles, which won a Grammy, and they don't play it very often. there's just a single single that is played i full from ATS, WFTE, that's note even the main single and not even the biggest single, which is The Catalyst, which they don't even play. When it comes to ITE vs. APFMH thing in the main post, I wouldn't say ITE clearly won, only because there was many people on the same side the camera was on, that cheered for ITE, doesn't mean that the most of the audience did, I think that most of APFMH enthusiasts were on the other side. btw. the video is pretty funny(for me at least) if you slow it down to 0.5, and watch it from 5:30 until they begin to play APFMH Sorry, didn't notice you began talking about THP sentence after, I thought you kept talking about LT
  23. Just a small mistake in your post
  24. Very good topic! In my opinion his voice got much worse over the years, it's cracking more and more, and Chester's ability to hit high notes and holding a note in the higher spectrum (like in Faint last chorus for instance) has decreased. When it comes to "screaming sentences" with short rests (like in Faint bridge), it has also gotten worse. However, his "normal" screaming is still amazing. Another thing that decreased in his voice, is rasp, an example of that may be Bleed It Out outro, when he sings/screams "I bleed it ooooooooouuuuut" he does it with his entirely clean voice, while before 2013 he did it with rasp. What got better, are his growls/low pitched screams, he did them very well until 2007, then his lows became great again in 2014. Even if Chester's voice got worse over time, both because of the tension he puts on his voice and age, he has still a very great voice, and I still consider him as one of the best vocalists. I think that getting a vocal coach would help, as well as trying new techniques.
