  1. This guy here uses a heel toe technique, I guess it's possible to play the fastest bassdrum parts in GATS with this technique.
  2. Dzięki, chwile przed przeczytaniem twojego posta dowiedziałem sie z LP.pl Pretty nice, we got two listenings to the song with short less than 10 minute break between them.
  3. I still don't get this, is it 8:30pm or 9:30pm mideuropean (Germany, France, Spain, Italy) time ?
  4. Now I already calculated this, but according to my calculations it is 9:30. I thought like GMT=UTC, UTC+2=7:30pm +2= 9:30pm. Is it right or wrong? Btw, when I wrote it the post said different time, and didn't say time zone.
  5. Can't wait. Can someone tell me which time is it in UTC +2 (Poland, Norway, Germany, France, Spain etc.)?
  6. I would add: What happened to Mark Wakefield after he left Xero? Was Carousel, Part Of Me, She Couldn't, Dedicated (full), High Voltage (HT EP) ever performed live? Do the unreleased songs (http://lplive.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=9351&hl=) actually exist?
  7. Ok Geki, you don't like nu-metal, but you don't hate it either. You like some nu-metal songs/bands. I don't like any song because it belongs to a certain genre, In don't think others do it either. For me every genre is neutral, if there's a song in a genre that I like, I don't care which genre it belongs to, I like it. If there would be a nu-metal song from a typical nu-metal band, that you would feel deep inside you you like it, would you show you don't like it in front of others, because it's nu-metal?
  8. totally agree, studio version would be epic too.
  9. I think I said it before, but I say it again I think My Suffering (screaming verses) by Dead By Sunrise should be added
  10. So, since HT and Meteora are nu-metal, you don't like it. If you like those even if those are nu-metal, then you are against that what you just said, or in other words "you agree with that".
  11. I wish it too, but I think it would be too hard for Chester. I think he tried it a bit, by hitting some high and raspy notes in 2010, and in 2012 where they played IMR acoustic at a LPU summit or something.
  12. 13. I didn't notice both "bullshit" and "Fuck top 40" before. "Bullshit" is definitely not censored, he uses word "shit" too during the song. Well, "ass" and "shit" aren't that ugly words, as for example "fuck", and "fuck" is sex related while "ass" and "shit" is kind of more nasty or unpleasant.
  14. Well, THP is produced by Mike with a little help of Brad.
  15. I don't think he hates the original nu-metal, like Korn. I think what he hates in nu-metal was those nu-metal bands that tried to fit in when nu-metal was mainstream. Well, I wouldn't call HT, Meteora, Deftones etc. nu-metal too, because they made their own music that was similar to nu-metal, but wasn't, it was more of a mix between rap metal, nu-metal, rapcore, alternative metal etc. I think they should be labeled as alternative metal, because rap metal, nu-metal etc. are kind of alternative metal.
  16. Around The Fur is very good record, so it's not strange that it's better than many nu-metal records, but it still belongs (partially) to nu-metal. Another thing, that is still strange to me since Chester hates nu-metal, is that his favorite LP song is Papercut, which partially nu-metal too.
  17. Oh no, I think that a LP song with Daron's vocal would be cool. But now I realized that a LP and SOAD (both Serji and Daron) collaboration would be even better, maybe on the next album
  18. Looks like Daron's vocals won't appear on the album, but Page Hamilton's will. Daron's vocals was one of the things I was most excited for in THP, but I hope Derek just didn't mention that and Daron's vocals will appear on THP.
  19. From that I heard Chester hates nu-metal, but in this interview he said Around The Fur by Deftones is great, which is a nu-metal alike (not quite nu metal, more rap metal and alternative metal) record.
  20. Agree, I hope it's close to an hour, I also hope the shows will be close to 2 hours. I would really like to hear a song (not a instrumental) that is really long, like over 7 minutes, maybe even 10 minutes.
