  1. I actually bet they don't do a western USA tour. These are festivals, remember. I think they'll do Loudwire and Rock In Rio, and of course Not So Silent Night and maybe KROQ AAC. That'll cover the west coast, with perhaps one more show thrown in the mix (maybe another radio show or a festival). Remember Tucson already had a show in 2014, then they played Phoenix. Englewood got a show and now Grand Junction. There's no need to tour out west again IMO, and they're hitting the northwest on this upcoming winter tour.

    My guess is:

    Jan-Feb: North American Tour

    March-May: BREAK

May-June: Rock In Rio USA + ?????? (but not more USA) Maybe they go to Asia/Australia in May and June and these two shows sandwich that? I think these two festival shows will sandwich some type of international tour.

    July-Aug: Europe

Sept: Rock In Rio Brazil + South America

What about States like Washington and Oregon?

And I don't think it'll be a western "tour" but just a bunch or a couple of festivals that string together a mini "western tour"

  2. Im tempted to drive to that show but I fly back home that day :(

Maybe I can change my flight and stop in SanFran first :)

One of their best shows from 2001 was the Not So Silent Night festival, I hope this one also gets a radio stream.

We need a Video stream! If I remember correctly, the same type of festival but in Washington (1077's Deck the Hall Ball) gets streamed. Maybe this will do the same!

  3. On another note, I can think of few bands more generic and overrated than Rise Against. There are far worse opening acts out there, but I've probably heard about 15 different Rise Against songs over the years...and the only one I can recall by name is Swing Life Away, because it's the only one that sounds REMOTELY different from the rest!

Have to massively disagree here. Being that Rise against is one of my favorite bands, id actually say there songs are similar at times but only songs on the same album. To me ever album has a different feel. Even though some might call an album repitive, I think it works because it makes the albums not all over the place.

Also if you are looking for different check out: Give it All, Roadside, Bricks, Prayer of the Refugee, Hero of War, and any song from "The Unraveling" to name some :)

  4. Been commenting on LPA, thought Id come in here. Been trying to see Rise Against again since I first saw them in 2012. They haven't come near Phoenix since. Sucks that there is no show near Arizona even out of state that I could drive to, because I would definitely do that.

Tickets seem about the same price as Carnivorous tour.

    Anyways, Question for you guys:

Does anyone feel like more shows might be announced? It throws me off that there are literally no West Coast shows. I know there are cities they rarely play at in the West Coast.

EDIT: Was looking at past concert dates, I had no Idea Linkin Park did an End session in 2001! 107.7 best Radio station in Washington. Same with 1077's Deck the Hall Ball in 2003. I knew 1077 fell off a little but dang, I wish I was big into music back then.

  5.

The song title is a bit misleading. It's not really a rape. The guy (the pervert) is tied up inside his car and the girl basically just tortures him by making his handcuffs tight so it hurts his hands and she gives him a handjob. It's not what you think. You guys should watch the movie if you are upset about it because I think you would be surprised.

Sounds like a form of rape to me. And I don't need to watch any of that

I am really shocked that the soundtrack isn't out yet. It should have came out today. I guess we will have to wait a long time most likely. Weird. The movie came out on the 17th. Lol.

This has to be the gayest post I've ever seen before.

Aren't we not supposed to use that word on here?

  6. Jesus fucking christ. Give the goddamn movie based on a book that Joe didn't write a chance before you go all "gets offended at absolutely everything involving remotely controversial phrasing" on it.

Attitudes like yours epitomize EVERYTHING that is wrong with modern society. Welcome to the 21st century and the world ruled by the perpetually offended.

    Sorry...

Just rape in movies is too far IMO

No one with a conscious should be okay with watching rape. [spoilers for Girl with the Dragon Tattoo] Everyone who I talked to about about Girl With the Dragon Tattoo said the rape scene was too much. And I definitely agree, It's not cool even if it is a just a movie. Rape is never cool.

  7. I've literally listened to ''Dancer'' 30 times today. Why is it so good to me? I love it. Anyone else feel the same?

    Dancer is out?

    "Adele Rapes Perv"

I know this movie was messed up but really?

Did not expect Mr. Hahn to be this kind of person. I for one will be ignoring this movie and soundtrack aside from the vocal songs.

  8. BlackOut. It grew on me after a while, but it never matched matched my opinions of the others.

And Bliss, it's about time you commented in an active thread :P

  9.

Really? Not trying to start an argument or anything, but their new album 'Burials' is probably the only album that I actually like from them. I had to point this out, because it's very weird that whenever I check out a support band for LP's work, I always end up liking the album that they are promoting on the tour the most. For example, I liked 'The Black Parade' the most from My Chem when they were touring with LP in 2007 and I liked 'If Not Now, When?' the most from Incubus when they were touring with LP in 2012, etc.

Ive been an AFI fan since Decemberunderground. Ive listened to thier music, It's just they don't sounds good anymore. It's just an opinion
