if they did another european Projekt Revolution with MCR - i would [insert ANY ridiculous claim here] to get to that show...

playing in a totally different style of muisc... and for that reason, yes... yes they are still around... it's contradictory yes, but to say LP were not nu-metal is pretty dumb in the first place, I've always described their early stuff as nu-metal. it's not cool to say nu-metal is dead, it's logical, look at how many bands have strayed away from it - Papa Roach (now Hard Rock), Korn (rumours of a dubstep album), Staind (who the hell even listened to them in the 1st place!?) the only band still doing the whole nu-metal thing are Limp Bizkit (whose 2011 sonisphere performance was little more than a nostalgia act...) and Hollywood Undead (...get out...now...) and tyo whoever said that the lyrics for Burning In The Skies were immature, *facepalm* "I'm swimming in the smoke, of bridges I have burned, so don't apologise, I'm losing what I don't deserve, what I don't deserve" compare this to Easier To Run "something has been taken, from deep inside of me, a secret I've kept locked away, no-one can ever see, wounds so deep they never show, they never go away, like moving pictures in my head for years and years they've played" ... the bottom line is, Nu-metal was mindless, homogenous and destined to die out, to which I say... thank fuck.

ahh right I thought the rules meant that we couldn't be public about knowing where to get stuff we shouldn't. seems a bit strange if it means you're essentially giving the know-how for an actual link, but there we go... I got my DSPs from just having a sniff around on my own

but i bet with the completion of the ATS tour we'll get LPU7.2 ...

i'm not saying I think it's wrong people are sharing the DSPs, I have got pretty much all of them and i've never even used the actual website for them, I too don't want to pay for something I can find somewhere else - it's like any other form of album download - i won't use iTunes if i can find it for free... my problem is that LPL is real tough on sharing links to illegaly download the DSP, yet just by reading this thread I'm pretty sure I know exactly where I can go to do just that! I'm not criticising a sharing culture or the lack of money (god know's I'm a student at uni!), more the semi-obvious means of bypassing one's own terms and conditions... you have no idea how hard that made me laugh!

I love how this entire site is mad about NOT posting the means to download things you would usually pay money for... yet there's this whole unspoken thing about "the usual place" "HEY!? HEY!? KNAA WHAT I MEAN? NUDGE, NUDGE, WINK, WINK SAY N'MORE!" double standards chaps...
