I agree with you.He's has gained lots of experience throughout the years. I think he'll share production credits along with Rick again. Maybe it could be brought up at the next chat session if Mike going to produced the LP album in the future.

I saw some posts of some of you are not that happy Rick is producing the album again Though i thought Rick did a great job by pushing their creativity, example the donna donna's Mike and Chester doing on songs and experimenting with instruments. so my question is, Who would you like to see producing the next LP album ? Also i'm wondering wich bandmember will crack the code on naming this album

I agree with the sound with certain songs like Faint or Crawling or One Step Closer (view examples) the drums and bass are like fighting with eachother because the drums got more low ends since the mtm cycle rob is using different drums compared to the cicle in 2004 The drums he's using right now sounds good with the songs on mtm but other songs from HT of Meteora doesn't has that edge to it. I know what i'm talking about i've saw them live and heard the differents. but rob can't change his kit for each songs that'll be weird. just compare songs like Somewhere I Belong (Rock Am Ring 2004) with the one from KROQ they did in 2007. the sound just sucks

The Audacity thing was just a example (because it's free, and i don't have the money to buy all the top notch industry-standard softwares.) I was speaking from my perspective what i've would have done in his situation.

Astat got a point. I also make beats and let's say my daw isn't working correctly i just switch over to Audacity and edit the parts i want to edit on there. Problem solved. nothing is going to get delayed just because you can't zoom in on something doesn't mean you can't record. Record the tracks and export them and load them in a other daw up.

Now i'm really dying to hear how the album sounds like. Mike does got a point bout putting out more music from his camp. we did got lots of music from them although it's not a full length album.

Nope probally not, Because almost all the Pinkpop shows was aired on Ned 3 accept Linkin Park because of WarnerThat day was legendary. Cool to see someone here mentioned Pinkpop haha

I'm really excited with this news They're experimenting alot with their music. Experiments take times, it's an trail and error phase. Plus every artist got their own work ethics, the other might knock faster an album, and the other takes his time. I personally prefer the second one. why stop making tracks if creativity keeps flowing, it just might be they'll make a new song what's better than they recently got. just my opionon on the 'it's taking them to long comments' Peace!

Indeed, nice you brought it up i would like to see more solos too It's also a good thing they set their mindstate on going back to Hybrid Theory Because it had differents sounds and you could tell every song matches the album and that caught our attention from front to back. And to come with something unique and different than instead the same 'ol same. I was also pleased Mike covered the Fort Minor thing 2 example the new P.O.A intro beat sounded cool but it was not Fort Minor material in my opion it was more an LP kinda beat but it's cool to hear some beats from Mike wether the are Fort Minor oriëntated or Linkin Park oriëntated. I think New Divide is something like "what i've done" (the transition) What i've done was a transition from stuff they did in the past but had something of its down New Divide the same thing, it does have the Linkin Park sound but you can tell is different. perhaps the new album will contains some of New Divide elements. Looks like, you don't know what you like don't youMike Shinoda raps that's hiphop certain beats on linkin park songs are hiphop oriëntated reading your post i assume you don't like Reanimation because some beats are straight up hiphop this is what i find strange, you don't like the Fort Minor album but say it's a good album it doesn't make sense, put some decent thoughts in your post Peace
