  1. Be nice for nostalgia, but I hope not, the lyrics sound so crappy/nu metal generic. Be nice to have 2008 onwards demos, particularly ATS B-sides, if there were any finished ones.
  2. Tell me your joking ? I'm all for opinion, but if you want a true MMA game, Im sorry, UFC absolutely thrashes EA MMA. Its easy to get in to, hard to master, utilizes different strategys unlike this simple trash and has overall better fighters. All I saw in the MMA game is a simple 1 button for everything slow boring game. Its just the same thing over and over. The clinch is crap. Its worth mentioning that I wanted MMA to be a great game, I'm not a UFC fanboy or anything.
  3. Very basic. Its made to be more accessible from the UFC games which is fine. However its really slow, and hardly any depth to it. Very frustrating. Hope full game is better.
  4. South Wales, Rhondda lol. Ive never met him but yea apparantly the original drummer left because he didnt get on well with IW...
  5. I also believe Chester may have rubbed him the wrong way, but... I was talking to someone about this last night. He knows the original drummer of Lost Prophets, and has met them all. Very negative stuff about him. No one seems to like him. Lostprophets come from about 8 miles from were I live BTW.
  6. I know..... Always laughed at it.
  7. Soccer. LOL. Its Football, obviously
  8. Yea they played a whole intro with chopped up WAK. The game is hugely dissapointing though IMO.
  9. I live in UK and haven't had mine in mail yet. My friends had it from Play.com yesterday, why did I ever bother getting it from LP.com.
  10. What the fuck ? Robot Boy ? genric ? If Iridscent didnt have band vocals it sounds like Shadow of the Day part 2. Very generic. Robot Boy has a great otherwordly feel to it. Ending is epic. BITS now has one hater. It's not bad, I just thought there was nothing special about it whatsoever and the lyrics are so meh in places. Not a good start to the album after Rad/Req.
  11. Theres too many. Robot boy is sticking out to me hugley. Waiting for the end, Blackout and Wretches and Kings. Its too dam hard. Can't believe Iridscent is winning so far.
  12. Anything else ? B-sides, demo names, etc ??
  13. I think im going to leave it at this. Nothing on here is terrible. Even the worst songs are quality, its polished. Secondly, i had a specific vision of what this album would or should sound like. In parts it was, but the majority of it isn't. It isn't as cutting edge as was reported. Once I get over that, I think ill really be able to appreciate it. That said, there are some hugely disappointing tracks, such as The Messanger, and Iridescent. Its a great album, brilliant in places, just not genre busting as i expected. Still a brilliant piece of work, unexpected and also predictable in places, something which I need to hear a lot more.
  14. The Messanger: What a total fucking disappointment ( IMO ), Chester, acoustic, how did it go wrong ? really dont like
  15. Everything i say is early listening syndrome, but Iridescent doesn't do anything for me. I dont know, sounds a bit meh, i wish I didnt have all these ideas of what the album would have sounded like. Robot Boy, now that IS a song.
  16. the first half is what i was reffering to yes. Got some real energy to it, wish theyd have stretched it out
  17. There's nothing wrong with it. It sounds perfect. Its like NIN, and thats a good thing
  18. Blackout rocks. Lets just get that out of the way there. Great album, deffo will need to keep listening. Anyway, my biggest disappointment was it isnt really genre busting. I really expected it to be cutting edge, just in the music atleast, and some songs to me are, others are just poppy. MTM is/was my favourite album btw by them. Its not genre busting, but its amazing. I am not posting where i think it stands because i dont know what to think at the moment.
  19. Yea boy !!! Amazing stuff. Its finally, finally here
  20. Awesome Sauce. Lot softer than i expected. Im glad the ending features some messed up bits, really separates this new style. Great song.
  21. Some random thoughts. And for the morons who keep on preaching that we shouldn't judge the album from snippets, we fucking know, stop going on about it. These are thoughts from the snippets. Some of the snippets are bad. I think the album will be amazing. Robot boy, for its name, sounds nothing like I expected. Sounds like A Perfect Circle wich will be great when I hear the full song. Waiting for the End has grown on me, very different. Blackout: The synths make this easily, if anything i think the chorus would feel out of place without the synths. Iridescent: Sounds nothing to me, very generic, I cant even remember it. Burning in the skies: Shit lyrics to begin with lol. Funky drums. The Messenger: I was kind of expecting Let Down type greatness, but I dont like this SO FAR. His voice sounds raw though and thats a plus. Empty Spaces: This is the song were Brad was using the bullhorn.
  22. Im going to love this album whatever, but these previews really are terrible, and im tolerant when it comes to stuff like this. We've now officially heard Empty Spaces now too. Yay.
  23. Thanks for the MP3's. Nights of Future Past is a winner for me. Cruel Daze of Summer is pretty much what we heard in the videos.
  24. After waiting a few days, some J-K stuff has cropped up from the Euro tour. Enjoy Nights of Future Past Surrounded By Cowards Loving NOFP, just sounds quite emotional, even for a J-K song.
