    Did they play Reading My Eyes on the radio as well? Because they could very easily just be mistaken about the source of the songs if Mike/the band said Rhinestone is from the demo tape and then they played the Zomba version. I'd be a little surprised if anything from the Xero tape is actually on this release considering the quality of that tape.

    Pretty sure it's the Las Vegas show on the DVD. San Diego was uploaded to YouTube and they did the reaction video for it as well.

    Yeah I would have preferred blu-ray as well but I'm just pumped for unreleased live content. I really hope we get a Meteora box set in a few years with a Projekt Revolution 2004 show. Or Summer Sonic 2006.

    I've made a lot more than one at this point. lol Got two full albums of them and I'm working on a third.

    I think a big part of it is just that it's a lot harder for Chester to incorporate sung parts of DBS stuff since the melody needs to fit and stuff. Rapping over different beats is much easier to make fit well.

    It's probably the Zomba version (or similar). I doubt they put anything actually from the Xero tape on there.

    My fucking box set just changed the expected shipping date from the 9th to the 13th. What the hell? I got the day off of work to enjoy the thing! Now I'm just gonna sit around and do fuck all next Friday. At least the songs will be up on Spotify but I was really looking forward to listening to Hybrid Theory and Reanimation while paging through that art book and then watching the concerts and behind-the-scenes stuff.

    One is the HTEP version and the other is probably from the 9/8 track demo or whatever leaked demo we have it from.

    Looks like the Points of Authority on Forgotten Demos is probably the "stop the talk show" version since it's the same length as the album version unlike the shorter demo that appears on LPU rarities. Makes sense because I doubt they would have put two extremely similar demos of Points of Authority on there but I hadn't considered that until right now.

    This last month has just zipped by! Looking forward to hearing some "new" Linkin Park music very, very soon!

    HT20 release is in four and a half weeks. That's quite a bit more than a few days shy of two weeks.

    I doubt they'll release anything else from the package before October 9th.

    This is the version on the LPU disc. There's also another version of Stick N Move on the Forgotten Demos disc of the HT20 box set. That version is likely the whole song and since it doesn't say "Xero demo" after it then it's probably a version with Chester (unless there's a typo on the official tracklist).

    Don't like FFDP at all but it's cool to see Joe releasing something. I'll probably check this out.

    Yeah if there's any more Chester material with STP out there I'd love to hear it.

    I doubt this predates the demo tape. The sound is way more crisp than the demo tape was. This was probably recorded around the same time as the better quality version of Rhinestone. Difference in quality mostly being that Rhinestone was mastered for release while this doesn't appear to have been.

    I think the whispered verses were an attempt at a Deftones vibe and Mark just isn't Chino.

    Can I just take a moment to appreciate the activity here lately? LPLive hasn't been this active in years and it's nice to see not only the familiar faces returning but also a bunch of new people. I know that once this release passes we'll probably go back to a similar activity level as before but it's nice to have something like the good old days around here again.
