  1. How many demos are there from ATS I need them all
  2. Yeah I think you may be right on Burberry, Astat. Great point.
  3. can someone please list me all songs by linkin park that mike shinoda has played himself at his new concerts? i want to make a compilation to listen to for when i go see him play live in las vegas, on the drive list songs from all albums, everything. everything linkin park he has played. like dedicated and stuff too and all others thank to anybody in advance very much
  4. and one.... wow. chesters first song with the band and the lyrics really relate to the darkness inside him, even back then. ''keep it locked up inside''
  5. yeah probably because we havent heard any other unreleased songs with chester since he died (except the live album by LP but that was a while ago). probably the label doesnt want chester stuff released
  6. thanks i can hear it a little bit better now sometimes mike sounds like chester when he sings, at least to me
  7. i cant even tell chester is on that version... sounds just like the version released today but with different lyrics and vocal take from mike.
  8. So basically it was a song martin garrix worked on with the band but never finished. and now they have cleaned it up for release and Brad helped
  9. What is the best quality possible for mike doing the demo verse of sorry for now live that i can have??? i really like it
  10. mikes new tweet about the song is interesting, he says that the band wanted him to play it live at ultra in 2016
  11. all of the songs are good ... but id probably rank it this way for myself 1. sorry for now (to me it is the best song, i love the song very much, i especially like mikes chorus singing and chester's rap but i love the beat, too) 2. one more light (it has great meaning in lyrics and a farewell to chester to me) 3. nobody can save me (i like the beginning and chesters singing very much. its why i love the song he sounds great. and lyrics are good) 4. battle symphony (basically all same reasons as nobody can save me but i like that one a little more) 5. invisible (mike has come far as a singer he sounds great. good beat) 6. Heavy (feat. kiara) (pretty good song. the beginning is strange but its a good song. good lyrics , good singing) 7. sharp edges (to me it sounds like a western song but its good. it definietly is not typical ''Lp'' sound) 8. talking to myself (its still a good song but sometimes it gets annoying to me to listen. but it is good) 9. good goodbye (feat. pusha t & stormsy) (i like mikes rap part the best of all the song. the other raps are ok but not the best and the chorus is pretty good. sounds like maybe fort minor sounding in some way) 10. halfway right (it is my least favorite song but its not that bad to me. because i love all the songs but compared to others its not as good as those. it is a ''weird song'' to me with the singing and lyrics. at time it sounds like LP underground demos during some sections)
  12. not all of these are really in ''order'' but i would say these ten songs 1. The catalyst 2. when they come for me 3. sorry for now 4. the little things give you away 5. Castle of Glass 6. One more light 7. in the end (its a classic and first LP track i have ever heard) 8. nobody can save me 9. waiting for the end 10. leave out all the rest mostly those because i love the songs and i love the lyrics the most
  13. i thought it was mike and brad that started the band and then they recruited rob and joe through knowing them in school and then phoenix, im not sure about him but i know he was an off and on member for bass. dont know about mark (singer before chester) but i watched a video where chester said he didnt like performing live on stage so he stepped down from the band and then they started looking for a new singer and found chester eventually
  14. fort minor...wow its so great. i love the album and we major mixtape and all other tracks. mike is really good and especially back then too. it was a special time i guess in history of mike and chester and the band
  15. thats really cool . do you know about LPU songs like pale for example? sounds heavy compared to a lot of the album they made at the mansion. announcement public service from linkin park underground 6 too it says in the notes it was created at koRn studio
  16. How come the members of julien-k dont want to release the old dead by sunrise demos and unreleased songs? its easy nowadays to release digital music and its a lot of chester heart and soul that is just going to remain unheard.
  17. I have recently read that linkin park made the minutes 2 midnight album in 2 separate studios. one is owned by the band KoRn and the other was the rick rubin mansion. but the band did not record at the rick rubin mansion until after the japan tour in 2006. so this means they went to the mansion from mid august 2006 until sometime in 2007. long time. but my question is we have a lot of demos from LPU. does anyone know which ones were made at koRns studio and what ones were made at mansion???? i bet heavier ones were from koRns studio
  18. Anyone have video of sharp edges with Dan
  19. If you cut the 4 tracks that were supposed to be Linkin park and Fort minor songs (place to start and make it up as i go were linkinPark and IOU and Lift Off were Fort Minor), you have a nice 12 song album that flows good to me. kind of cool actually
  20. will be cool to hear, i have heard of the song. cool that chester and mike are both in it
  21. i hope someday mike decides to play the full new album , that would be so cool
  22. it would be cool to hear the rest of songs from his new album the most to me, and all the LP stuff he has played so far
  23. to me it seems like a lot of demo dates are incorrect. its ok though you cant expect the band to remember them all so specifically. it is weird about the ''Burbery'' demo, though. if it was released with the Stagelight pack in 2012.
  24. There are definitely specific tours for each album that were amazing and the best, IMO, for each album. For example, I love PR04 for Meteora, to me, it's by far the best tour that they did in support of the album. One could argue that Rock Am Ring is better, but PR04 takes the same set, and adds Figure.09 with an epic outro, gives you Bert on Faint and Jonathan Davis on OSC. Plus a few other twerks to the set. The energy of the band on PR04 was perhaps the greatest in the history of the band in terms of live shows and Chester was just plain epic with his banter and shit during the tour. His screaming was also A+ at all of the PR04 shows, listen to Somerset or Mountain View if you want to know what I mean. For ATS, I really loved the European Tour of Summer 2011. Something was just special about that tour. The band was on fire and it featured a lot of cool shows - especially PR11 and a few others like Red Square. The energy of the band, once again, was great and it was fun to follow that tour. I know some people may not agree with me, but I feel like the U.S. Arena Tour in 2008 was the best tour for MTM. It had some epic shows for the band, like MSG and Staples Center, not to mention a 360 stage at some shows. You had Jay-Z at the MSG show and let's be honest, it completely blew away Milton Keynes later in the year for a few reasons. One, the show was just better overall. And two, it was a huge surprise for the crowd at MSG while at Milton Keynes, it was expected. The setlist was good, the band was on fire, Chester's banter was great, it was just a really solid tour, IMO, besides Chester getting sick which hindered it. But the shows were still good. If you listen from the very first show of the tour in Omaha all the way up until Nashville, every show is solid. After Nashville, they had to cancel a couple of shows and then drop a few of the heavier songs for Chester in the following shows, but they shows were still pretty damn good, and when Chester was 100% better by Sacramento and they brought back the heavier songs again, he sounded flawless. That Sacramento show was a great show to end the tour. I also think the support bands were cool, Coheed And Cambria and Chiodos were two bands that were kind of the ''mature'' side of emo at the time (as opposed to the bands that the emo kids loved in 2008 like MCR, TBS, HIM, Atreyu, Hawthorne Heights, etc. that LP toured with on PR07 and PR08). Coheed And Cambria is a really great prog rock/alternative band and Chiodos is good too, if you don't mind their style of vocals, but the songwriting and instrumentation is great. For HT, I really loved those two Japan shows in 2001, wow. Jane Says was epic and the band was on fire at both shows. With HT, almost all shows were great, so you can pick any from the era, but I just love those few Japan shows.
