  1. I remember when Adam told me that Germany was the home of the biggest Linkin Park fanbase back at the Camden Summit in 2012. He wasn't lying.
  2. Hahaha I know that I always change my avatar. I understand that it's probably super annoying. I think I am definitely going to keep the one that I have now for quite some time, maybe forever. Anyways, I agree with you Hahninator. No idea why LP would ever skip somewhere like Florida on a US tour. Makes no sense. I don't understand why they will play places like New Hampshire, Connecticut, etc., when they could easily just play Boston and New York City and draw in way more people at way better places. For a summer tour, they spend way too much time on the East Coast. I shouldn't be complaining about that because I live on the East Coast, but honestly, they should just hit up Mansfield or Wantagh, Darien Center, no need for other random places like Connecticut, New Hampshire, or other weird states.
  3. I'm not a person saying that this is better than any main album stuff, etc. I do think this is a great track for what it is. I am a big fan of Chester and his screaming vocals, so I love this track. I don't understand why fans of LP always have to compare everything. It's like every song they released has to be 'better' or 'worse' than something else. Just enjoy the music. LP music is always great. This is really true, watch what happens when LPU14 is released, you will see people saying how it's better than The Hunting Party, it's better than LIVING THINGS, but not quite as good as Meteora, etc. It's stupid. Just my two cents.
  4. This is probably the heaviest Linkin Park song ever recorded. The only thing that maybe can rival it is A Line In The Sand, but this is definitely way heavier than shit like Given Up, Qwerty, Victimized, etc. I really love this song, I can't stop listening to it. It sounds like thrash metal. Chester sounds very good, I am so happy that there are no Mike vocals in this song, it gets annoying when he is in every song, leave this type of music to Chester Bennington please. Anyways, great release and I can't wait to hear the other songs in newly mastered quality.
  5. From what I gather from the transcript, he never really said they were adding new songs for Brazil and/or Europe. They should, though. I mean cmon. Basically every song on THP would translate well live IMO and honestly, I think the crowd might actually enjoy some of the songs, even if they don't know the words. I never understood that though, either, because when I see bands play live that I'm not too familiar with, that is how I discover songs I like by them. I'll remember the melody or a lyric and go home and google it, find out the song, and download it for my library. It doesn't always have to be songs everyone knows.
  6. Thanks lol. I feel like I finally found the perfect avatar, from the MTM era and it looks badass.
  7. I think we will get it all.
  8. Hell yes. This is awesome. This is basically confirming that we are going to get an official release, maybe through iTunes. A lot of these songs that are used in Mall are actually pretty damn good, IMO. Plus it's always nice to have even more demos from LP. Maybe this means that LPU14 will also not contain any Mall songs, or maybe Mike is mixing and mastering them for LPU14, who knows. But this is cool, thanks for sharing, I wouldn't even have known because I never check Instagram stuff.
  9. It's not an unknown song that is used at 5:08, it's a song that is heard in the movie Mall towards the beginning. The name is unknown, but that is definitely the song from the movie, you can hear it very clearly if anyone out there has a copy of the movie. It also sounds like that demo Rob played on piano during the making of MTM, honestly. Anyways, this is a great episode. Nice and long. The best LPTV of 2014 for sure. EDIT: The song at the 2 minute mark is not unknown either, that song is also used in the movie, you can also clearly hear that one in the movie, too. It was also funny when Phoenix said ''sometimes you gotta give the fans what they want'' to Brad and he said ''dude I gave them what they want in Tampa''. Lol he must mean when he took off his shirt for the first time live.
  10. Yes, and Vincent D. who is one of the characters and person who wanted to make this movie in the first place was actually at the Madison Square Garden show in 2011 and he said that he filmed the crowd and that the fans he saw were just like the people in this movie, or something to that effect. He then said he was in talks with Joe back then, so that means the idea for the movie must have been in 2011 or maybe even earlier.
  11. Yeah, Ammosick is from the MTM era. It was also worked on during the ATS era and maybe even the LT era. Joe recently just did an interview about the music in Mall and he said that he picked 10 demos from LP's vault that were no longer being worked on and were fresh, or something like that. But yeah, you can definitely hear a bunch of unreleased LP stuff in Mall. White Noise, which was in the teaser trailer for THP, was used in the beginning of the film. Also, Ammosick was used towards the end, and another song called Warm Spell from the LT era was used about midway through the movie. Those all have vocals. You can also hear a lot of instrumental stuff throughout the movie that you can definitely tell is LP. At one point, you can hear the song ''Monday Milk'' or ''Milk'' from the ATS era, it's identical to the clip from Stagelight of it but it sounds more polished.
  12. Honestly, not to be a downer or anything, but I don't really care if they play old songs. I just want to hear songs from THP. I would love to hear stuff like War, A Line In The Sand and All For Nothing during a show. Keys To The Kingdom for sure, the most out of any. I know that a lot of people only want to hear the old stuff, but I feel like they've added tons of stuff from past albums in the new set so a few new songs shouldn't be a big deal!
  13. It wouldn't surprise me. The band said they want to tour a lot on this album, so I would imagine they will tour until the end of 2015, most likely. Probably write and record a new album in 2016 and release the next album in mid 2017. It seems to be a cycle that is working for them. Pretty cool, though. Germany is getting some good touring from LP this cycle. I'm doubtful that LP will do another US tour next Summer, so I am assuming they might do a Winter Arena Tour instead.
  14. I know. I was hoping that it could have been released in full, maybe a lyric video or something.
  15. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_UTX_GgNzEY You guys should watch this too, if you haven't already. Another thing similar to this with Chester that he did a few months ago.
  16. LP just uploaded ''White Noise'' to YouTube on their channel. Such a good song. You can also hear how much different it sounds than what LPA originally posted, huge huge difference. Sounds better.
  17. Yeah, IBG is one of my favorite songs off of LT, I was upset that they never ended up playing it. They then proceeded to release the demo of it on LPU13 and then release 2 remixes of the song on Recharged. They obviously must be proud of the song or like it, no idea why it was never played. I guess because it wasn't very popular and a lot of people wouldn't have known it if they played it?
  18. I think it was a good look into the early beginning of the band and up until Meteora time. But after that, they moved on kind of quickly with each album and spent an unnecessary amount of time on the Collision Course era. But I still think it's great and one of the best LP documentaries out there.
  19. I live like an hour from Vermont, it would be cool if they were to play there someday. Although, I'm not sure where you can even play in Vermont that would be worthwhile for them.
  20. I don't have a question to ask, but this is really cool. I hope Marc Ostrick specifically can provide some cool information.
  21. What are some countries or US states that LP has never played before?
  22. I think War would translate well live and I also think it wouldn't be too difficult for the band to play except for the guitar solo. There is screaming but it's nothing that Chester hasn't done before and Rob recorded the drums in one take so I feel like it wouldn't be hard for him, either.
  23. Confirmed on LP's Facebook, Joe is going to be on Loveline tomorrow night, Sunday, October 12 to discuss Mall and other stuff.
  24. Sweet. Gonna watch this most likely. I hope they added a new song from THP into the set for South America/Europe tour.
  25. These Chideo videos are cool and it sucks that we don't get them through LPU-TV instead, but I honestly think some of the LPU-TV stuff is pretty epic. Mostly because it's ''exclusive'' so I feel like I am getting something more than the average fan, same goes with the LPU music. But I guess nothing is really exclusive anymore, because people will still give it out for free. But I like LPU-TV. Some of them are even better than LPTV episodes. The Making Of DVD's that used to come with LP releases were always the best though, IMO, a lot better than LPTV was compared to those.
