  1. We might actually get something interesting out of this show. This would be the perfect time for LP to play some acoustic stuff or even some special stuff.
  2. I like it because you can pretty much tell it's a MTM demo. Lol.
  3. Umm... Warm Spell and Ammosick in particular sound nothing like CHVRCHES music, IMO. They sound very indie and almost folk like, but not in the style of CHVRCHES. Luna you might have a point, but it still sounds awesome. Not everything has to be heavy rock and heavy metal to sound good, IMO. Ammosick in particular sounds really good to me, I love it, which surprises me because Mike sings the whole song, usually I would bash that. The melody in that song in particular is great and I love the beat.
  4. I think this will be the case as well. I'm downloading Shazam right now on my iPhone. I assume when this is released it will probably be on iTunes, right? It would be great if they released a physical edition of this soundtrack, but I highly doubt that will happen. I think we will get the score work and the 4 song titles during the ending credits of Mall will be the full versions included. During the movie, everything is instrumental except for those 4 songs, so I think they are probably the only stuff that has vocals. White Noise, Luna, Ammosick and Warm Spell. I think it will probably come out on iTunes on Tuesday. I just ''shazamed'' all of the 4 songs. The title for each song is now confirmed. Obviously we know WHITE NOISE. But these are the correct title for each song http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z2pTpiRxLn0 Warm Spell is confirmed as the title on Shazam. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=msI6CF3tnOk Ammosick is confirmed as the title on Shazam. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rvJ3BXG2Voo The song at the 35 sec mark is confirmed as Luna, obv. The song at 5:00ish during LPTV Carnivores Part 3 is called ''Jeff Walks'' according to Shazam. I tried to get the other song in that LPTV episode when Chester is spraying the cologne but it wouldn't read, probably because of all the dialogue during it. ''Buttermilk'' from ATS is apparently titled as ''Malc Rx7'' now.
  5. Thanks guys. I have all of those on physical CD except for ''2000 - ECW Extreme Music Volume 2: Anarchy Rocks (OSC)''. Trying to work on a complete physical LP collection.
  6. Where did you get this info???
  7. Sorry to say this, but no they definitely are not. Has 30STM sold over 50 million albums? Have they won two Grammy awards for their music? Have they performed with Paul McCartney of the fucking Beatles? No. And their music is not similar to Linkin Park at all really, except for MAYBE some stuff on Minutes To Midnight, but that is the only thing comparable and only a few songs at best. I don't care how much you or Soul love 30STM and Jared Leto. I'm sick of reading about that band and that guy all the time on a LINKIN PARK FANSITE. I have no idea how Hahninator could have allowed his Linkin Park fansite to become so overridden by 30STM and Jared Leto posts. The band toured with them once this Summer, on Carnivores. They played a few shows with them back in 2007, but that is all. They have as much involvement with LP as about almost every single band that has ever toured with Linkin Park. I guess you guys should start giving us news on Hawthorne Heights then, too, because LP toured with them before as well. Etc. I mean cmon. Who cares if Jared Leto won an Oscar too btw, good for him, but that has absolutely nothing to do with MUSIC and is completely separate from 30STM as a whole.
  8. Does anyone know if Julien-K ever released Death To Digital / Death To Digital X as a physical CD release??
  9. How many actual soundtrack CD's has LP appeared on? I know they were on Little Nicky, Valentine, Dracula 2000, etc but has there ever been a full list?
  10. We should wait until we at least hear the full song until we judge.
  11. Lol I love reading stuff like this. You've heard a few small clips and now it's ''the best LP song since 2010''. I can't read that seriously. Maybe it's just me, but I don't think any demo LP has ever given us through LPU albums, soundtracks, stuff like that, is better than anything on the main albums. I also feel like LP would have worked on those more and put stuff like that on the album if they thought it was good enough. LP has better judgement than all of us. But yeah. It's like Brad said once. ''If we weren't 100% confident with an album, it wouldn't be coming out''.
  12. I need the song.
  13. EDIT: I think you are right Astat. ''No Roads Left'' and ''Across The Line'' are definitely two of them. The other two are definitely ''Blackbirds'' and ''What We Don't Know'', because you can definitely hear ''Blackbirds'' on the Making Of MTM DVD. I also didn't know that Neal Avron mixed ''What We Don't Know'', I would say that definitely confirms that it is one of the songs. I would say the 17th song is unknown at this point as well. I don't think it is ''Debris'', ''Pretend To Be'', ''Not Alone'' or ''Ammosick'' because even though those all have complete vocals except for ''Debris'', they were all worked on years after the process for Minutes To Midnight was over.
  14. Is anybody from LPL going to this show? I will be there. I've never been to a concert on Halloween before.
  15. I don't play as much as I used to at this point and I feel like most, if not all, of The Hunting Party is better than the song. But I still like it a lot. It's a great heavy song to jam out to.
  16. I think maybe No Roads Left was intended to be part of the album because it was released right away when MTM was first released, the same day actually, on iTunes. We had to wait to get the other stuff. So maybe the other song was Pretend To Be?
  17. I think if we just look at the schedule of the 2008 and 2011 arena tours, we have an idea of most of the places the band will be playing. I wouldn't go back as far as 2004 or prior, because LP is arguable a bigger band now and has a lot of respect from people in terms of their live show. For the east coast, I would say TD Garden (Boston), Madison Square Garden (New York), Mohegan Sun Arena (Uncasville) and Verizon Wireless Arena (Manchester, NH) are all places that I would attend. Then you have stuff like Montreal, Baltimore, Washington D.C., Philadelphia, etc. as well but those are pretty far from me. I couldn't really see them doing Manchester, NH again for some reason, I think they would probably rather just do Boston since they are so close to each other and the TD Garden is a more well known venue. Madison Square Garden is probably guaranteed basically if they do an arena tour. Not sure about Mohegan Sun Arena, but maybe. I'll probably do 2 shows and try for 3 if I'm lucky.
  18. That is a lot easier to do in the Summer. US Arena Tour is usually in the winter and if you're on the east coast, that can suck. I remember waiting to get into the TD Arena or whatever in Boston back in 2011 and it was literally like 5 degrees out in the middle of a huge blizzard, and that was just to get into the venue.
  19. This is all just speculation anyways. I'd wait for an official announcement from the actual band to rule anything out travel wise.
  20. LP is a huge band, so they aren't going to play small venues or obscure places unless they intentionally want to do so. LP wanted an intimate venue in 2010, so that is why they chose the Best Buy Theater. On a regular tour, Linkin Park is going to play places more like Madison Square Garden because they know they can sell the tickets and bring in way more people. Chester said it best during MTV The Ride. He said when they dropped Meteora, they had to basically start over again, going from selling out huge arenas and stuff to having to play smaller places with less people, which they didn't enjoy as much. Madison Square Garden is a great venue, though, I have only been there once to see LP, but I recommend it to anyone that has the opportunity to go.
  21. Regarding 'Minutes To Midnight'... ''The band whittled down the number of songs to 17, then narrowed that number even further until they had 12 songs.'' Have we ever discovered what the rest of the songs actually were? Across The Line, Blackbirds and What We Don't Know, I would assume are probably some of them.
  22. I think a US Arena Tour in January/February/March time slot would be great, it'd be cool if they played some B cities like they did in 2008 instead of all major cities like with the 2011 tour. I'd definitely go to Madison Square Garden and other east coast shows.
  23. I know some big bands who really only play like 16 songs a night. 28 songs a night seems very hard, but you're right, I guess Chester can handle it if he wants to do it.
  24. I know I'm going to piss off 99% of LPL when I say this, but why the hell should the band play stuff like Forgotten or By Myself now in 2014? Obviously they had to for Download because they were performing Hybrid Theory in full, but I don't see why they would keep stuff that was a non-single in the set now in 2014, it's been such a long time and they have a lot of music at this point. I'm sure they would rather play their bigger hits instead of stuff that people won't know. This is the same reason that I see no reason for them to play stuff like Hit The Floor, High Voltage, P5hng Me A*wy, No More Sorrow, Don't Stay, Figure.09, etc. I've never been one to bitch about how LP doesn't play their old stuff. I usually am the one to complain that they don't play enough of the NEW stuff. I really wanted them to play stuff like I'LL BE GONE, ROADS UNTRAVELED, SKIN TO BONE, UNTIL IT BREAKS and POWERLESS back in 2012/2013, but they never did. I also want them to play stuff like Keys To The Kingdom, All For Nothing, War, Mark The Graves and A Line In The Sand nowadays. Obviously the band is going to play stuff like Numb, In The End, What I've Done, BURN IT DOWN, etc. at every show, because they are the biggest hits, they aren't going to sacrifice that stuff for shitty songs like Forgotten or Figure.09, and why should they? Just to please the 5% of people at the show that can't let go of their nu-metal past? Also, I agree that Brad is not the best guitar player of our time, but he isn't THAT bad, and so what if he doesn't absolutely love the ''heavy shit''? Who cares? I also enjoy anything off of Minutes To Midnight, A Thousand Suns or LIVING THINGS way more than the old angsty nu-metal shit on Hybrid Theory and Meteora. The only song off of those two albums that I still love is Breaking The Habit, and occasionally Crawling. I also love The Hunting Party, but it's a totally different kind of heavy than LP's first two albums, for sure. What I'm saying is, LP has many different faces. Each album is drastically different from the next, except for Meteora coming after Hybrid Theory. Not everyone at the show wants to hear heavy shit. People also enjoy the slower stuff, like myself, actually.
