  1. Anybody attending this show? I saw LP at this venue back in early 2008 and it was one of the best LP shows I have ever attended to this day, IMO. I am the most excited for this show out of all of the shows I'm going to.
  2. Is anybody from LPL going to this show? I can't wait for this one. I have pit for this show so I hope to see anyone from LPL down in the pit. I think this show will attract a lot of the Boston area crowds.
  3. Is anybody here attending this show? This show is like a dream come true to me because I literally live an hour away from this venue, maybe even less. Great support acts, too. I also have pit for this show so that makes it even better.
  4. I actually did check those albums out. Not into them. I only like the stuff they did with Chaz.
  5. I think he has 1 because I'm pretty sure I saw a picture of him with his family at the Glorious Excess art show thing. Maybe he has more, I'm probably wrong. I don't keep track of how many children the band members have but I think it's a lot. Lol.
  6. Yeah. When they started working with Rick back in 2006, he had them put down rough vocal ideas right away, something that the band had never done prior to that year, they'd usually just complete instrumentals (Cumulus, Halo, Soundtrack, Rhinocerous, etc.) and then if the song made the final cut, put vocals on it at the end of the process. But since they started working with Rick in 2006, they put scat vocals, etc. on the earliest seeds, all the way up to the final process, which is why we've heard stuff like Fear, Drum Song, Dancer, Blackout with LPTV gibberish vocals, etc.
  7. I honestly didn't even know that.
  8. I watched the movie back in June when it leaked online and it's exactly the same as the version that was released on iTunes in October. Lol.
  9. That's awesome. I love when the band talks about the past and with detail, etc. Especially when it's Chester talking because he is always more exciting and has better stories, etc., IMO. I hope I can see them soon.
  10. I like the songs but it's kind of annoying that there are so many different versions of the songs. I feel like Mall was just rushed in general because Joe said they only got 14 days to shoot the film and that it sucked, etc. Then you have the whole mess with the film being released in different places at different times (like ''A Day To Kill'' being released in June), etc. I also think that's why they used the demo versions in the film, because they were rushed with it all. I think they should have just waited until it was all set to go and just released the film + soundtrack, etc. all at once. Not trying to be negative or a dick, because I do like the songs a lot and the film is good, but this is just my 2 cents.
  11. Astat isn't really like that. He knows more than a lot of people about LP and music in general. He also doesn't just argue with people for no reason, he usually has accurate points or is arguing in defense of something. I'm usually the person will argue with people for no reason on the boards. In the past, I would even say stuff just to rile people up.
  12. Very strange. Everything surrounding this movie is strange. They used the demo songs in the movie and the subsequent soundtrack has totally different versions of the songs. The movie has multiple titles, etc.
  13. Those are awesome videos from OM&M. I've been a fan of OM&M since Summer 2013, can't wait to see them play live in the US with LP.
  14. Yeah, I don't like the ending of it that much either. I really like these songs though. I can't stop listening to It Goes Through, it's just so good.
  15. I hope the interviews and performances make their way onto YouTube.
  16. Huh? All of this music is original, none of it is remixed.
  17. I don't even care about the set, whenever I am actually AT the concert, it's always fun, no matter what. Do the shortened songs bother me? Yes. Do I hate all the medley bullshit that they have now? Yes. But they are still fun to see live no matter what IMO and they remain my favorite band. Anyways, Tim on Bleed It Out is just pure awesome. Rise Against is a great band. I would have never thought he would play a song with LP but this is pretty awesome. I hope they keep that shit up for the US tour.
  18. YES. I definitely will be purchasing it.
  19. I'm going to tune into the webcast most likely. 12:25PM for me, it will start, not too bad.
  20. After listening to ''The Last Line'' a few times, I actually like it more than the demo version (Ammosick) that we had previously. Same goes for ''Devil's Drop''. They just sound a lot more polished and overall better IMO. The only thing that sucks about this release is the Dancer's vocals were removed. Even if they just left the donna lyrics on it, I still would have loved it.
  21. Yes, this is what I was talking about. I guess it's cool that we got more ultimately because we now have the final versions and the demo versions of a few of these songs (Ammosick, Dancer with MTM donna).
  22. ''It Goes Through'' is an epic song. I like it a lot. ''Devil's Drop'' is also really cool and I love the banter at the beginning of the track. Makes me wish more of this folk driven shit was on Living Things. Mike's singing is actually amazing in this song.
  23. Not expecting anything new but the AAC shows are always fun and cool.
  24. I don't really have an opinion on it anymore. GATS is decent but the song has always bugged me. Rebellion is good live. FM kind of sucks live but it's a good song nonetheless. Wastelands is a solid live song IMO. Until It's Gone is shortened so I wouldn't even count it anymore because I hate it now but it was good earlier in 2014 when they played it live. So I guess I'm half and half. I feel like KTTK, AFN, War and ALITS would all be good, but I doubt any of those will ever be performed. When Mike said he wants to add one more song from the album to the set for the U.S. tour he probably meant The Summoning. LOL.
  25. Just waiting for a download... Or a place where I can purchase a physical copy. It Most likely will be digital only though, which is lame. I would never purchase anything on iTunes because it's Apple. Apple is lame.
