You guys new that Ryu also has an Instagram, right? Also, what is the point of having Ryu's links under FM but not having Ryan Shuck's and the rest of DBS's links under DBS? Not criticizing, just curious.

On LP's wiki page, I came across this info and I was wondering if you guys knew anything about it. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linkin_Park_discography I was wondering if anyone knew what performance of My December (Live) was on ''The Year They Recalled Santa Claus'' CD. Was it the one included on the SIB single?

That was like 2 or 3 weeks ago and who knows when the album will come out. If it comes out in June/July/August, I wouldn't say it's rushed because that will mean it has been 2 years and then some since their last album came out. If the album comes out in March/April/May I would say it is a bit rushed, yes. While I would have preferred the band to release the album in 2015, I guess it's not all that bad if it's around that time this Summer. I just want the album to be good. I haven't heard any of the music yet, but this blog post has got me super excited. The only thing I sound like shit that LP has been involved with is STP and Chester. I hope Chester leaves STP.

Very interesting that this album has been largely self produced, maybe Mike will just start producing all of LP's album from here on out, he is definitely capable. A lot of fans will also be happy to read this and discover that Rick Rubin may not be involved with this album, seeing as how a lot of fans don't like Rick Rubin for whatever reason. Also very interesting that they aren't recording at NRG like all of there past albums (except for MTM). I wonder where they are recording? That is cool as well. The line that got me the most excited is ''We can’t wait for you to hear it this summer.'' God damn this is going to be AWESOME.

Does anyone remember the photo gallery that Mike had on mikeshinoda.com years back? I was wondering if anyone knew where to find the pictures from there, specifically the ones from the MTM era. A lot of the photos used in the album art in the special edition (the book) were released in that gallery such as the infamous ''we'll write lyrics for food'' pic, etc.

I don't think they will look for a new singer. They knew when they asked Chester to be the lead singer that LP was his first priority and they'd have to work around LP's schedule. LP is making a new album and planning a world tour in 2014, so they have to wait. It is a bit odd that they couldn't do the dates this year since they only were until about March (despite how I feel about Chester with STP) because Chester did that tour with DBS back in 2010, the same year that ATS came out. My guess is that LP is recording vocals for the final phases of the album around this point and he would have been on tour for a month or longer with STP. I am sure they will probably make up some of these dates (India and Hawaii probably) in the future, but who knows when that will be.

I never disagreed with this. Chester is definitely having fun playing with STP, I never said he wasn't. STP was one of his favorite bands growing up so naturally he is going to have a blast. What I disagreed with was people saying that he is having more fun with STP than he is with LP. The stupidest part about it is that people are flaming me for disagreeing, yet it's only THEIR OPINION that he is having more fun with STP. Chester has never flat out said that he enjoys playing with STP more than he does with LP. Just because he is rocking out with STP doesn't mean he isn't rocking out with LP on stage, either. Most of you guys didn't even attend a show in 2013 like I did. Chester was definitely rocking out, as he was at all shows last year. LPL even said it themselves, that is what got them included in that LPTV episode and everything.

I'm sick of being ganged up on every time that I post anything here. Guess I should just go on the LPU and stay there. At least on the LPU the fans seem passionate and care about the band. I don't see people on the LPU saying they like Chester with STP more and stupid shit like that. I'm done in this thread and most likely done on this forum. You would think that on a LP fan site that you guys would be happy and love LP the way that I do and millions of other fans do. Whatever. I'm done.

The thing is, none of you guys actually have a source where Chester says himself that he has more fun playing shows with STP than he does with LP. This is all just your opinions. This is a pretty pointless argument honestly because Chester will always put LP as 1# priority and nothing is going to change it.

I saw LP and STP within about a month of each other last year. LP definitely blew STP apart. Chester was rocking out hard to all the LP songs and he looked like he was having a blast. The whole band did. Chester isn't the only person in LP, either. Mike and the rest of the band were rocking out as well. STP was good and Chester did look like he was having fun, but he didn't look like he was having more fun than he does at LP shows, it seemed about the same. I think Chester has fun playing on stage with any band, he just likes performing and stuff. Chester looks like he is having a blast when he plays with Camp Freddy as well. Hell, even BOW he looked like he was having a lot of fun. All I'm saying is that I am willing to bet if someone asked Chester which he enjoyed more (STP or LP), he would say LP.

LOL I don't agree with this at all. Chester loves LP and he jams way harder with LP. LP is his baby, just like it's everyone else's baby that is in LP as well. Go join a STP forum if you like it more than LP!!!

Anyone who thinks that he would push LP aside for something STP related is crazy, LOL.
