  1. We shouldn't go off-topic. Get me on Twitter if you wanna chat (@razorrednoise). Yeah I tried it before. I'm going to try it again soon. I wonder how long it'll be before LPR uses their super secret ninja Australian/New Zealand contacts and whaps Blackbirds up.
  2. Yeah! Ah I wish I lived in Aus now, just for today ... Or at least had an Australian iTunes account.
  3. I have exams to revise for too
  4. Only 2:30pm in the UK. Pff. I wanna get working on my cover.
  5. I don't give a crap when it's from, it's a new song, yay. People should chill out.
  6. Well there was the novelty factor of hearing them all for the first time, as well as the excitement and hype that'd been built up. Due to all that and the fact that they were pumping it through their boardroom sound system I thought they sounded incredible I still like them a lot, but that first listen was special.
  7. Heh. Reminds me of hearing Out of Ashes a few weeks before it was out. Hope you guys have fun
  8. So Chester's going to be around? Cool.
  9. I like how you put my song in the jokey encore Just kidding.
  10. Anyone got a convenient link to the sixth strings song clip on YouTube or something? Can't find it.
  11. Hell yeah, a clip of the song! Sounds great.
  12. Aw man, I wish LP would make videos like this. But it's great to see new JK stuff too.
  13. Hahaha he wouldn't do that to the fans.
  14. There were. Inside Of Me, Let Down, End Of The World. All had non-album parts. So does Crawl Back In if you count its intro.
  15. You are incredibly ignorant. Most bands don't even change up their setlists for a whole tour so why do you expect any differently from DBS? Because LP does it? That's dumb. The setlist was the same, yes, but they did slightly different things with songs than their studio versions, which is more than some bands do anyway. As for wasting time that could have been used creating new music... get real. They were hardly away for years. Not counting the fact that bands write new music while on tour all the time. You strike me as one of those people that just looks for something to complain about.
  16. He wasn't exactly going to flip it around and say DBS kicked more ass than LP.
  17. he's just saying thanks, it's called being polite
  18. I saw LP in Manchester in '08 but that was it.
  19. I meant, top that experience for me. Not for others
  20. Thanks. It was such a kind gesture from him. It's going to be hard to top that experience!
  21. I still can't believe it all happened. I think I'm probably the happiest person in the world right now. If anyone's interested, I've put up a lengthier account on my website (razorrednoise.com), and a video on my YouTube channel (GigaScythe).
  22. I've just heard that someone's going to upload a video of Condemned tomorrow. Haha yeah about the 99 Problems, that was funny and people singing In The End as loud as they could.
  23. Meet and greet before the show was so cool - I introduced myself to Chester and he was like "...You do those videos! Fuckin' right on dude!" and gives me this huge high-five. Great to finally meet Amir after talking to him a few times on myspace. All the guys were super nice; a genuine pleasure to talk to. Great show - Chester came into the crowd on Condemned, grabbed my hand and kinda leant down so I could sing into the mic with him. Unbelievable. Hope someone has video of it I mouthed "thank you" at him after the next couple of songs and he gave me a thumbs up, haha. I'll put a video on YouTube or an entry on my blog in the next couple days with a few pics.
  24. Yeah, we talked a bit before the show, he said he's seen my videos. Really nice guys, all of them
