I was going to make two versions; one with original vocals and one without but I'm going to stick with the one without original vox. Seems like a safer bet.

There was something in the rules about requiring our submission not to have previously been broadcasted on a media network... Does that mean places like YouTube? Stupid question I guess but I suppose I'm asking if I'd be able to put my remix on YouTube to show people.

Thank god that was fake. Downloading the stems now from MySpace. Gave the rules a skim, UK people can enter (yay), minimum of 2 mins, can submit entries from the 12th July. Sounds good edit: on a side note, I guess the thread for our entries will be remade on the 12th?

Didn't you already post this? Anyway, what a piece of garbage site. I'm going to mix it in my own DAW and then re-upload. If it means bouncing my whole remix and then uploading that as a single track into the mixer then so be it.

Well then I'm going to give this a go. It's a shame the site is so slow, the clips don't play fully and it crashes my browser every 10 mins but what can I say.

To be honest, if they're not going to allow me to download the tracks on their own, and then upload my own mix as an audio file, I'm not going to bother. The site is so slow and the tracks fail to play fully on either one of my browsers so at the moment, there isn't much point :/

Hah, this is so confusing. I'm not allowed to download the tracks myself, make my mix, and then upload it as an audio file? I have to use this thing? Right. The MySpace page broken for anyone else? Asks for a login but neither my MySpace nor MixParade logins work.
