If either Chester or Mike actually spent time "writing" this song I'd be worried.

They made the song in like a day. If you don't like it then fine, but don't hate on them for giving us all a free track that directly helps those who need it most right now.

I love that sampling mike is doing, the beat is definitely FM esque. I love it, if the new lp is more like this than I am a lot happier. Good job LP for doing this for the poor people in Haiti.

Mike isn't a lazy person; he's a self admitted hard worker. I doubt he just sits around like Jimmy Buffet sippin on margaritas all day when Chesters off doing his thing with DBS. What you said just does not make sense.

FM will be back after the next lp album/tour. Think about it, Chester will be off doing his dbs thing which leaves Mike time to pursue another FM album. It will be 5 years this fall since TRT, it's about time Mike makes another one.

Yeah, obviously I was speculating on the mere possibility. It wouldn't surprise me though if they were at least were working on a new song or two.

Ryu, Scoop, Cheapshot and Mike were all in the studio together tonight. It could just be a casual hang out, although I think this build speculation that they are working on something together in Mike's spare time, possibly another Fort Minor album.

After listening to Out of Ashes, I've come to the realization that I like the record quite a bit. In many ways, it is better than MTM was.

You guys don't need to buy an iphone to play the game lol. It will be ported to pc within days.

The thing is, even when the album is complete, it takes months to tie up the loose ends of packaging everything together.

Some of your guesses for the new album are a little to optimstic imo. I would guess earliest a single from the new album to be out will be October with the new album dropping early 2011.

BAWWWWWWW LINKIN PARK DID SOMETHING ORIGINAL INSTEAD OF COPYING AND PASTING SONGS FROM THEIR OLD ALBUMS.

Mtm was a pretty typical alternative album. At least their sound was theirs on HT and Meteora.

We'll, they said it would be something new, different sound, and so on.. weren't they right? They didn't say "That's the best fucking release ever". And MTM is epic for a lot of LP fans, so if the hyped it up, they were definitely right.

I used to collect all that I could but I'm so sick of hearing the same songs now that I just don't care anymore unless it's a song they typically don't perform a lot.

Maybe if they put out more than 3 studio albums every10 years then they/we wouldn't be getting so tired of hearing the same songs over and over again.
