Me too! I wish Pooch would mix the crowd levels louder instead of only being able to hear the people at the start & end of a song. Especially when you see a show like Rock in Rio where the people are loud as hell and then suddenly inaudible on the DSP. The mixes sound excellent otherwise

Now available for pre-order on Amazon.com in the USA, too, with 11/19 listed as the release date Amazon.com - LIVING THINGS (USA)

If they are not going to release an official version of "She Couldn't", then I don't really care about what they put on LPU12. Something with vocals would be nice, though. Instrumental demos of songs they never finished seem pointless and boring to me. The vocals are the highlight of LP.

I'm thinking I'll get my wish for colored vinyl on this release! Soundstage Direct Pre-order ElusiveDisc Pre-order Amazon.CA Pre-order Those 3 "sources" all make mention of the record being pressed on WHITE vinyl! Still haven't found out if it will be 180gram, but it looks like it'll be a single record. Can't wait to own this!!!

180 gram multi-colored vinyl, please.

YES!!! Just listened to the ATS vinyl a couple days ago and absolutely love it. So glad they decided to release LT on wax as well, but hopefully the price goes down.

I'm with you, Joze! Chaz & Mike are better together, and although I like bits and pieces of their side projects, I love almost everything LP does. Very cool to see the SOB album getting released, though. Can't wait to check it out. I'm pre-ordering the double disc version

Just dropping in to note that I still have yet to hear back from basecamp about the Uncasville error. I assume they'll write back before LP play at Mohegan Sun again? :-p

WOW! Congrats to LPL and thanks for sharing this! I became an LP fan from the first time I heard "Crawling" on the radio in 2001, but watching the Docklands footage from "Reverb" turned me into a hardcore fan and was my first taste of how excellent LP are in a live setting. Can't wait to watch this!!!

HD Net / AXS TV are notorious (at least with me personally!) for sub-par audio mixes. The same thing happened with the handful of 311 concerts they have shown and also a Sublime with Rome performance that was god-awful. Rock in Rio is still my favorite LP proshot of the year -

Thanks for sharing Nick! Bummer to hear that Chester was not better than ever but I expect that considering his own personal history of performances and the style of music he sings on a regular basis. And a quick shout out to the hilarious beggar/chooser people who are dying for a rip or a link, then immediately complain about the file size, download speed, format, etc. 11 gigs is a hefty D/L but I'm in! -

I wish it was on Palladia so I could watch it, since Time Warner Cable dropped HDnet/AXS a while back. Hopefully someone will record & share it since it'll be uncensored & in HD! -
A reply from Basecamp? Is that a joke? Still haven't heard a thing from them since e-mailing them twice when the DSP was released/didn't download for me. Good thing LPL and people like Hahninator exist to keep fans from getting screwed over!
-
Just wanted to chime in to say that I e-mailed Basecamp support the day Uncasville was released, and again a week later, and STILL have yet to even get a single reply about my busted download. It's a great thing that LP offer almost all of their shows to the fans, but there's no chance in hell I'm ever spending money on their DSP site again until they partner with a different company who actually responds to paying customers.
-
If Basecamp ever respond to my e-mails and add the download back to my account, I'll get the fixed version and pass it on to those who bought the DSP. The Chaz-less "Given Up" is interesting and I like it though. Reminds me of the "Shadow of the Day" mess up a few years ago when the samples were not working and Chaz had to sing over just the beat. I wonder if they fixed the original audio on "Given Up" or pasted vocals from a different show on the track?

Downloading the Camden DSP now, based on the insanely positive reviews of the show. Can't wait to listen to it. I hope LP go crazy someday and mix up the setlists more though. I understand they have to cater to masters like the label, the casual fans, production team and so on, but a fan can dream, right? Glad they are playing (in some form or another) more than half of the new album on this tour already!
-
Damn you for a positive review of a local show I will now have to buy and download :-p Just out of curiosity, what browser did you end up going with? And are we the only ones who had issues with Uncasville?!

4 Albums Live Around the World Available on iTunes Store

Just came across this post now....THANKS! I know there are other means to get the music but it was great to be able to download the Osaka performance of "Hands Held High" on my iPod instantly. Well worth $1.29 -
Same here. E-mailed Basecamp on Monday, heard nothing back, and e-mailed them again with the same complaint today. Definitely the worst customer service I've experienced in forever!
-
I love "Faint", and the pics are cool, but considering that's all that downloaded I don't feel like the $10 price tag is justified. Just completely shocked that a (presumably) big company can't even respond to say "Hey, we got your complaint" after FOUR days.
-
I have only heard the Bristow DSP but it sounds perfect, especially the new songs. As it relates to Uncasville, I e-mailed support on MONDAY (four days ago) about my download not working properly and still have yet to even receive an acknowledgement that they got the message. So at this point, I have donated $10 to Linkin Park.
-
All the DSP's are added to the same site. How about you check there instead of spamming this post even more than you already have? Still haven't heard back from "support" about my faulty download. Is there a particular web browser that seems to work better than others when using the LP download site? I updated Java before downloading but it crashed in Chrome, freezed in Firefox and gave me an incomplete download in Internet Explorer >:-(
-
Do they usually e-mail you when the show is available to download? Maybe we jumped the gun and tried to get it before it was on the server or something. I downloaded "Faint", the pictures, and then it said "Download Complete". Total bullshit. This is why we pirate lol! What I did to remedy the problem is click the TINY "Help" text in the top right of the screen on downloads.linkinpark.com and it had me submit a form asking to reinstate the download on my account. That was hours ago. I assume they will fix it Tuesday but hoping to get a refund for such a difficult and anti-user-friendly process.
-
If the @#$% LP download site worked for me I'd have Uncasville right now. Until then I'll be listening to Bristow, waiting to hear back from tech support, and reminding myself to not deal with LP's Java BS ever again. Wish they gave you an option to download the files manually like livedownloads.com does. /RAGE

I don't believe the DSP's are included with the ticket this time around. On the "A Thousand Suns" tour DSP's were included for free if you sent a text message to the number displayed on the screen at your show. I think it was just a gimmick for that tour to promote the live downloads site. Hopefully they do it again!
