Astat Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 Nice performance! Judging from this and all the footage from the House of Blues show I've seen, I have to say this is the best Chester's voice has sounded to me in a few years. Hopefully he maintains that form throughout the upcoming tour. Quote
mattyice318 Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 I thought he sounded a little rough in the beginning, but he definitely kicked it up by the end Quote
Logo85 Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 Amazing performance, nonetheless. This album is going to be awesome. Quote
Numbrocker Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 I thought he sounded a little rough in the beginning, but he definitely kicked it up by the end Agree. Though I think BID did better then when LP did the Catalyst at the VMAs. Feeling good about the upcoming tour. Quote
lgr Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 yeah I'm in the 1st chorus, he sounds a bit rough right now. 2nd verse picks up though nice stage set too. looking forward to seeing how the LT tour pans out thanks Sharwood for putting that good quality link up side notes: Chester's stretched his lobes further I love his dad dancing haha Quote
navabaca Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 Mike should sing second voice in more slower songs. They take this stage on 2012 summer festival tour? Probably not, right? When it's not their separate shows. Quote

problemdog Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 (edited) Burn It Down is available here in HD 720p (1280x720 (16:9) at 59.940 fps, ~24.52 Mbps avg) Edited May 21, 2012 by Nikita Quote
Jats Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 Very nice performance! There's only one weird thing..anyone else had the feeling, that there was a background sample of Mike's rap in the bridge or does it just sound like that because they used an echo-effect ? Quote
LinkinMark Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 I think it sounded pretty good. Will probably get better as the tour goes on When they first played BITS I didn't think it was that good...now I'm hoping it makes the set for this upcoming tour! Quote

It's just an echo. You can hear it on the House of Blues show as well, on both Burn it Down and the Until it Breaks verse during the WFTE intro. Quote
andydlp Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 Great performance. Who was the mope that introduced them?? Do you guys think the video playing on the screen will be the same video used on the background screens during the tour? Quote
lgr Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 that could just be the set-up specific to the awards ceremony, maybe other bands used it too. we'll see in a few months Quote

Do you guys think the video playing on the screen will be the same video used on the background screens during the tour? that mope was swizz beats(a producer with a few grammy awards under his belt) I dont know. I did like the stage. Quote
lgr Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 a few grammy awards under his belt no wonder no-one's heard of him then Quote
wiiesel Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 Nice performance. great moments when the refrain kicks in. Quote

Phoenix220 Posted May 22, 2012 Posted May 22, 2012 (edited) You have to watch this...it's a bootleg from the show I just found on Youtube. This sounds much better than all TV recordings...imo of course Edited May 22, 2012 by Pheonix220 Quote
