The one's in bold are really hard to see playing especially Hit the Floor since Chester hates it. Surprisingly though, I can actually see them playing High Voltage, just because it's really popular, and Mike has said that FM energy is "starting to come out". Most bands I know of sorta keep a low profile during recording stuff, so they don't play really long shows or anything (that's how I see it anyway) Songs I see will be dropped: PMA, VD, Maybe SOTD Songs I see will be added: With You, Runaway, Figure .09, Forgotten (if the guys are feeling extra generous), maybe By Myself if Chester's voice is up to it. Songs I think you guys are asking to much for: NRL, Hit The Floor, Easier to Run, Any new song or song before HT (besides maybe RME), Runaway will never come back =) @ChesterBe any songs you're sick of playing live and would remove from your set list? @nathydiaz Runaway! Somewhere I Belong (unfortunately yes, it's the lead Meteora single, some new extended intro) 4. No More Sorrow (Long Intro or Short Intro, mayb some new outro?) 5. Papercut (Strings Intro) 6. Points of Authority (they love this song so yes, Extended Intro and possibly new outro w/ There They Go) 7. With You? 8. Wake 2.0 or new version 9. Given Up (Extended Outro) 10. Leave Out All The Rest (unfortunately) 11. Shadow of the Day (also unfortunately) 12. Numb 13. Pushing Me Away (hopefully studio) 14. Crawling (Reanimation Intro) 15. In The End 16. One Step Closer (Extended Outro and Intro at some shows) Encore Break 17. What I've Done 18. A Place for My Head (at least for Sonisphere) Encore Break 2 19. New Demo 20. NMS and TLTGYA maybe staying but may be dropped... It'll prob stick around in the sets a bit, I mean since when has LP denied having a single in the sets? Astat Posted June 20, 2009 Share Posted June 20, 2009 Well, New Divide was last out of the 6 songs they played for the MFR/Socialvibe winners on Wednesday. It'll probably be the same setlist order on Monday's show. That makes me think it'll be near the end of their full-length sets, although I do think it'd make a nice opener. I still think they may not even do 3 rotating setlists like they did through most of the last cycle, with this being a pretty short run of 14 shows. That'd mean each set would only get played 4 or 5 times. They might do 2 sets or just have a few songs that rotate every night while keeping the core of the set the same. Also, Joe said in the LPU chat that he hasn't been working on any new intros/outros for songs for this upcoming tour, and they didn't play any at the show on Wednesday. They even used the same intro to What I've Done that they did for most of '08 and the outro to Faint that they've been doing since '07, which makes me think there won't be a whole lot of changes to songs on this run. Except QWERTY, New Divide and The 2 new songs they've played all those songs during their touring cyrcle in 2008. However, it it might close, open an encore, or close the set. Who knows. I do think it would be a great song, much better than WID, to open the show. Key word there is "think." I believe older songs will be brought back. I'm not sure about rotating sets, 2 would sound about right. Who knows... they might really go rebel and try and shake things up on a nightly basis... that would be a great change of pace. PR 2008 was extremely mechanical after the "Busta Rhymes" dates.... it would be nice to see the band kind of ease into each song instead of it being exactly perfect and exactly on cue every single night. I'm willing to bet there will be some new things (and probably older things come back). I just really have a hard time believing LP can once again go out there with most of the same core sets with a few new songs here and there.
