hahninator Posted December 14, 2008 Posted December 14, 2008 Julien-K's first album entitled "Death To Analog" will be dropping on February 17, 2009 at an internet near you. I think it's an online release, but more info on that will come at a later date as it nears us. They are planning to release a "Death To Digital" remix album too, so here's the tracklisting. Notice the bolded track...... Death To Digital Tracklisting * Someday Soon (Headcleanr Remix) * Maestro (Koma & Bones Remix) * Spiral (Paul Oakenfeld Remix) * Kick The Bass (She Wants Revenge Remix) * Disease (Franz & Shape Remix) * Stranded (Jagz Kooner Remix) * Forever (Bon Harris Remix) * Systeme de Sexe (Combichrist Remix) * Death To Analog (Mike Shinoda Remix) * Look at U (Deadmau5 Remix) * Technical Difficulties (Photek Remix) Excellent.

Legend Posted December 14, 2008 Posted December 14, 2008 It should be "Paul Oakenfold." I'm looking forward to Pauls and Mike's remixes.
April Posted December 14, 2008 Posted December 14, 2008 Mike is here, there and everywhere! That remix's supposed to be with or without vocals?
splitmyDNA Posted December 14, 2008 Posted December 14, 2008 omfg i've been waiting for this for four years now! can't wait, it's gonna be awesome.
Geki Posted December 14, 2008 Posted December 14, 2008 Hell yes! M.Shinoda remix of Death To Analog? I can't wait.
thefly Posted December 14, 2008 Posted December 14, 2008 Death to Digital ... does that mean that all these "remixes" are actually acoustic or straight-forward rock performances? Ok, guess not.
LPPRJKT4 Posted December 14, 2008 Posted December 14, 2008 Nice JK debut album will have a reanimation as well!! Including a remix from the great rapper M.S. himself!
LPxDC Posted December 14, 2008 Posted December 14, 2008 Wheres the source for this? i went to the Julien K forum and all they have is a Wikipedia page.
Astat Posted December 14, 2008 Posted December 14, 2008 (edited) Wheres the source for this? i went to the Julien K forum and all they have is a Wikipedia page. Julien-K's Wikipedia page is updated frequently by the band themselves, and the account that they use to do so (Jkdjs) can be seen in the edit logs of the page. They didn't make that particular edit, but a whole bunch of the other information on there was done by the same IP address. Mike's remix of Death to Analog has been confirmed for months, regardless. Edited December 14, 2008 by Astat
hahninator Posted December 14, 2008 Author Posted December 14, 2008 holy shit youre smart I didn't even bother replying about that question because even though I knew they edit the Wiki page themselves, Astat would summarize it all perfectly, lol.

roni781 Posted December 15, 2008 Posted December 15, 2008 Wow cool. I love Julien-K stuff and Mike's remix will surely be awesome. It's funny to see that JK has more remix than original songs.
