Astat Posted January 4, 2016 Posted January 4, 2016 (edited) Yeah, I feel like while these clear up a couple lines that we never would have figured out otherwise (the "briar patch" line in Fuse comes to mind), there's kind of a regression in some other aspects. The lyrics for Reading My Eyes differ from the ones printed in the cassette liner notes in a couple places (which were correct except for like one word, if I recall correctly), and there's no way the lyrics to the Fuse chorus are right. I can't as there are some email addresses in there that are private, and not intended for the public. If the emails are needed to be seen for proof sake, Mark can give you all the verification you need that I'm not toying with anyone in this thread. I wouldn't mess with you guys like that. The attachment was an RTF file with the 'updated' lines underlined. Aside from that, pretty boring. I wish it was more exciting, sorry if I disappointed you haha . No special info, nothing. It was literally a case of...I was interested in getting this done a few weeks ago for the Xero songs, Derek literally texted me out of the blue about Xero and coincidentally after a short chat, he said he'd get the lyrics handled ASAP for everyone. Expand Probably not correct, if it comes from the censored version. If you will listen to the not censored version it's definitely: "Then I extend one finger, the middle to fuck off ... ...". with some missing 1-2 words. Quote
