Dude, I'm talking about digital single, not pre-order. Just check "Digital Releases" thread and you will know what was released digitally and what wasn't. This song was released as single on iTunes and the single is still available in other stores.

If you look very carefully especially on the stuff that are marked [D] there are few more exclusive stuff. Added releases: • Minutes To Midnight (Bonus Video Version) // {+ Behind The Scenes (Video), What I've Done (Video)} • The Rising Tied // {+ Petrified remix, Digital Booklet, cat. 0093624992066} Moved to singles, cuz they are singles.

Finally I got catalog numbers for these. Maybe he have rights for the songs in some kind, but these CDs are not released by him, besides one version of LPU 9 that was relesed in stores. EDIT: btw i was just asking is this is relesed by warnet, not if he have rights for the songs etc. Warner didn't release any of LPU CDs.

Sorry, but you can't prove it by the information of ID3 tags. Everyone can modify it.

For me it sound a little bit of him. He could play like that. Someone could put tags of the whole album not tags of just this one song. I've seen many different things in digital stores and this would not even surprised me. We'll see. You might be right. The proof is coming soon (booklet of the CD release)

iTunes is not evidence. The cover in the package of the free version of White Noise also have no Alec Puro name. The cover is the same one that was used for the film, and it was available earlier, they just modified it for the song , so why they edit it & remove Alec Puro name? Strange. How do you know that?
