I just wanted to keep it consistent here, that's all. Also you could say I'm a bit lazy and don't add things in unless I'm reminded. I usually update this between classes while listening to an album and going over homework, but this consumes that break time that I have.

Sorry, forgot about that today, but what do you guys think about the Reanimation bridge for OSC (Jonathan Davis) in that section?

Maybe Mike will also try different types of instrumentation for his songs, possibly in different time signatures.

Added Kiq's posts, great additions! Also added Heartburn into the Heart section and Skin to Bone to the Tomorrow section. Added "It's time to sink or swim / to see who gets scared when the lights go dim" to the Fear section. Considered adding Numb/Encore/Yesterday to the Yesterday section but those are not lyrics by LP. That's making me consider what to do about lyrics from Reanimation and Recharged because some verses were not written by the band (ex. Jonathan Davis "blood is pouring" in the Blood section? and Jubacca's verse on Ppr:kut already being up there). And forget what I said about the minimum requirement for a section. The NIN page has entries with only two, and here I have some that have 3 or 4 at the moment.

On the subject of album titles, why not add that into the list? I know Minutes to Midnight had a few known titles.

Also the Reanimation verse for OSC. Should we agree on a minimum number of occurrences to create a section? There are 5 for this one and I think that has been the smallest of any of the other sections.

I made Sight the combined category for Seeing/Looking because they are similar and made a section for Scars.

Overall a very good song. I don't really like Mike's delivery in the first verse because it sounds lazy but he usually doesn't sing in such a low register. I'll still hand it to him for doing some Hong new though. Chester sounds good and isn't straining his voice. Its acoustic, so there won't be any screams and everything is laid back. I really like the Cello in the song, it sounds great. Hoping for them to do this with other songs soon.

I haven't listened yet, but is it possible that they recorded this the other day when they posted an Instagram picture of all six guys in the studio talking?

Those will both go under the Fire category, and we already have BITS in the category for its name alone but now I'll add that entry because those lyrics are relevant.

It's definitely there now, I swear I added it before. And I'm willing to add working titles to this. Was "Fire in the City" the working title for Given Up? Or was it worked into the final version of Given Up? I could add that to the Fire section.

I got the idea for this thread from a Nine Inch Nails page with a bunch of connected lyrics. The difference here is that for NIN it made it feel like a lot of the songs were connected and telling the same story because there were unique phrases, but here it's just "A THOUSAND LIES LIES FIRE LIES SUN LIES"

Hybrid I got that already. Added Black section along with It Goes Through - "And these fires, they don't burn, except to blacken the memories I've earned"

I think we have everything on the list other than Damian's initial post which confuses me. Soul, it's your call on there, but Seeing would be a good category.

What do you mean by that? And for anyone adding new lyrics, please post them like this if you can, it is easier to paste it in and makes formatting quicker: Song Name - "Lyrics lyrics lyrics."

I don't think I'll include that because this is just for LP lyrics. Chester might not have even written that lyric for ALITS
