Great news! More shows to the collection, including Chile!

After so many years waiting for LP, they finally came to Chile, I saw them playing a kick ass setlist, and I met them all. It's unbelievable. My first experience in a LP concert became the best day of my life. I'm sure they will come back. I'm not sure if it'll happen during this ATS tour, but they deserve their own show and not be part of a festival. From what I've read and seen, they loved Santiago, which is great

And that was it Rumours about the band being broadcasted for only 15 minutes were right. I still can't believe I was with them, and saw them play two days ago. I guess the setlist will be the same. Chester sounded better in Chile IMO

I don't know if the people who went to the show in Argentina mentioned it, but Mike, with a 'female' voice, sang a couple of 'The Catalyst' lines over 'The Radiance'.

Yes, there was an extended outro for Faint. OSC also had extended outro. BIO had extended ending. No More Sorrow had the extended intro (I don't know if they changed it, or Hahn messed up most of his notes lol)

Man, I'm not at home now, but I only can say that yesterday was the best fuckin day of my life. The concert was the most awesome thing I've ever seen. They sounded perfect. From all the concerts I've been to, this had BY FAR the best sound. Damn, these guys know how to put a really good show. Mike singing Burning in the Skies during Bleed It Out was unexpected. I'm travelling home later today, so I may give a detailed report of what happened. Btw, the LPU M&G was great too.

I'm already in Santiago. This is going to be the most amazing day of my life. I'll be attending the concert, and I will also be at the LPU M&G. I still can't believe they'll be playing in Chile. It's a dream come true. I wish I could send you live information, but I guess it's going to be impossible. I'll be enjoying every second of the show. I'll have a report for you after the show I hope they play the same songs they played in Argentina, but I have my doubts since Maquinaria is a Festival, and playing most of ATS for a general audience may be risky for them, IMO. I guess I'll be one of the few singing the new songs haha. We'll see.

One of the latest LP.com emails said that LPUX was coming later this month.

From what I understand, they're only giving the opportunity to buy the LPU9 merch. I mean, membership is not included. This is what was posted as news on the LPU webpage:

I mean, we're 5 days away from the show, and the show has 8 LPU members going. (Actually, in Chile there aren't many LPUers) I'd love to know if it's happening here. I really hope it is, since I've made a tremendous effort on renewing my LPU account only because of the possibility of meeting the band after 10 years of waiting.

He has been a hardcore Linkin Park since the old days, and he has also contributed to LPL in many different ways, especially with news and some live facts. He's definitely one of the most dedicated chilean fans I know, based on the fact that he likes collecting LP shows in audio and video, he loves playing LP songs on piano, and he is also writing a songfiction inspired in each of the ATS songs. Besides, he's one of the most active members of the chilean Linkin Park community/fanclub called 'Midnight Soldiers'. I know he will be very happy to receive the LPU cd's, since he hasn't been able to sign up for the LPU due to economical reasons. He's as excited as me to seeing Linkin Park for the first time in Santiago in a couple of weeks, and I think that giving him this valuable LP CD collection would make next month perfect.

When was the last time they didn't play Crawling? I can't remember :S It's a good set, but I don't like WID as a closer. I guess they're going to play the same songs plus a few more here in Chile. I'm excited, Waiting for the End and Iridescent are two amazing songs Can''t wait!
