  1. I'm wondering how many people who complain about the songs don't sound right anymore have seen the songs played live... It makes a huge different to hear them live and hear them on a live recording. and since the first thing matters the judgement shouldn't be based on a recording...
  2. I think there are a lot of ascpects why they're playing a certain city. I think the band itself doesn't even decide which citys they're going to play. I think the booking agency does this most times. It's also about dates and venues. They can't play a city if there isn't the right venue available at the date they would hit the city.
  3. It happened on one touring cycle. You sound like that would have happened a few times already :-D
  4. Linkin Park have confirmed that they will be playing in South Africa for two dates in November. Check out the dates and more information below: 7.11.2012 - Cape Town 10.11.2012 - Johannesburg More info here. That's the first time ever that the band is playing in South Africa! Who's going?
  5. They try to do everything perfect. Even fooling us! :-D I'm surprised that they didn't include the proposal.
  6. So Brazil in October. I guess Europe in November then. http://www.linkinpark.com/profiles/blogs/l...rning-to-brazil
  7. Stuttgart is a city in Germany
  8. They have to announce the EU shows in the next days. I can't imagine that they don't want to have more than 3 months for presale and promotion... Most people have to plan their travel and need some days off for that shows. It's really annoying -.-
  9. If you interpretate the "/" as "out of" your explanation is absolutly right. But I think it was pretty obvious what the author meant.
  10. "I was talking about the numbers in general. Not about the chances of getting the DSPs."
  11. Did you read the post you quoted?...
  12. I was talking about the numbers in general. Not about the chances of getting the DSPs.He wanted to say that there is a 50% chance for getting them, so saying that there is a 50/50 chance is absolutly right and not 50/100.
  13. 50/100 would mean there's a 33% chance that it will be released. 50/50 is absolute correct.
  14. Offtopic: I'm completly stunned by the fact that the image Mark posted has the perfect width for the forum.

  17. Maybe it's a remix for an upcoming single.
  18. Torrent Download of the full show. X_Games_MUSIC_2012_Linkin_Park.mp4.zip
  19. Ha, and I thought I'm the only one remembering that :-D I searched for the article where he said that but I couldn't find it.
  20. you won't hear the difference if its 16bit or 24bit. the 24bit version is just for studiowork so you won't lose any informations while adding in some filters or effects.
  21. Maybe Lost In The Echo will be the 3rd or 4th single to push the album sales again. I don't think two legit sites put infos on their site without having any informations.

  23. The rageface makes the album cover 1000 times better! They should have put it on the actual cover :-D
  24. rollingstone.com just released an article about living things: http://www.rollingstone.com/music/news/lin...-album-20120620 Living Things, which was co-produced by Rick Rubin and Shinoda and is due out on June 26th, couples its introspection with broader interests; the band made a video art installation for the LP's first single, "I'll Be Gone," that dabbles in astronomy. "The visuals for 'I'll Be Gone' stuck out to me because that song is a relationship-based song, but it's also got a second read of a space theme," Shinoda says. "A lot of the songs have metaphors, and one of the metaphors in that song is space. [The visual artists] picked up on that language and turned it into this weird, intergalactic space travel thing."
  25. I saw quite a few people writing LIT when they were talking about LT :-D
