The most notable thing is the last 5 seconds of the track, in the very last scream Chester sounds like he's gargling water. Can someone else recheck it?

According to Wikipedia it's "Sunset Sound" in LA which make it almost impossible for the band since they played Chicago on the 11th and Pontiac on the 13. Maybe it was just a phone interview or broadcast of pre-recorded show like you suggested.

After I did some reading I've decided to keep only POA, LFY and LGM as promotional singles. If someone still thinks that LFY should be considered a regular single I need an explanation how is that different from the other two. About H! Vltg3, the vinyl has a barcode which means it was sold somewhere (right?), so we should consider it a single too?
