  1. They played By Myself earlier this year lmao, I dont think it's THAT impossible. I'm pretty sure Chester said there's a good possibility some of the rarer HT songs would find their way into a setlist someday.
  2. At this point, I'll take anythingthe band has to offer with setlist changes. I've lost hope with that lol. As long as the overall experience of the show is still A+ and memorable, I'm fine with minimal changes. If they play the SAME sets, now thats a different story. I want to say that the fan voted setlists would be good but looking at Metallica By Request setlists I dont think theres much hope when it comes to that. People are going to vote for the songs THEY want (i.e. The singles), since the majority of every night's crowd are casual fans at best. We'fd still be seeing ITE, BID, Numb every night. I know almost every LP fan (even the casual fans) love Hybrid Theory so there's SOME hope there but I feel as if we wouldn't see too much of what we want out of that option.
  3. They broke that habit like 5 years ago, man. They need to get back on it, though. I don't have enough Breaking The Habit's to last me a week
  4. Idk, I feel like SOAD performing next to confirms Linkin Park performing. Given all the hype surrounding this by Brazilian media I highly doubt they'd play under SOAD though.
  5. We won't necessarily have the exact tracklist but the BMI Repetoire tends to update with the songs on the CD a few days early.
  6. For what might be one of the band's best shows on tour, Linkin Park and Of Mice & Men will take the stage at the O2 World in Berlin, Germany on Wednesday, November 19, 2014. This will mark the band's ninth performance in Berlin! The band's beginnings in Berlin root back to their first full-fledged European Tour, opening for the Deftones on their 'Back To School' Tour in March 2001. Being one of the earlier setlists in their touring career, the band performed many old songs including 'By Myself' and 'Forgotten'. LP returned later that year in September to kick off their first headlining European Tour (after 3 cancelled dates prior to the show), and it has gone down in Linkin Park history as one of the most interesting sets of their early career! The band performed three songs from the Hybrid Theory EP: the shortened live version of 'And One', the Mike Shinoda Remix of 'High Voltage', and the live debut of 'Step Up'. Chester performed an acoustic song he wrote, 'Morning After' for the second time ever in a Linkin Park setlist (it later became a Dead By Sunrise song). Joe played a short DJ set before the encore break, and Chester changed up the lyrics to 'A Place For My Head' by accidentally singing the chorus from the demo version of the song, 'Esaul'. The band returned again in September 2003 (after a cancelled show in June), where Meteora songs saw their first performances there, including 'Figure.09', 'Numb', and 'Lying From You'. Reanimation's 'P5hng Me A*wy' also saw its Berlin debut at this show! The band returned to Berlin to kick off the Minutes To Midnight World Tour by playing the first show of the touring cycle at the Kesselhaus in April. This show shocked fans everywhere - not only did the band not close with 'One Step Closer' (which they did at every show from 2000 - 2004; in 2006, they closed with 'Breaking The Habit'), but they OPENED the show with it, with the debut of a brand new Gunshot Intro. 'No More Sorrow', 'Given Up', and 'What I've Done' were all played for the first time in front of crowds. This show also featured the only performance EVER of the 'There They Go / Faint' mashup - made up on the spot so that a fan could perform the song with them (the iconic extended outro of the song debuted at this show, so he wouldn't have known how to play it). Check out this video of the first performance ever of 'No More Sorrow' in Berlin 2007. This was a rare moment that the entire fanbase agreed on a single opinion: what a filthy song! Would you like to see it return at some point on The Hunting Party Tour? This was one of the most popular LP videos from 2007 when it surfaced. Linkin Park returned again in Summer 2008, where they performed a setlist full of treats - this tour featured the return of the studio version of 'Pushing Me Away! 'What I've Done' opened the setlist and the show concluded with 'A Place For My Head' and 'One Step Closer'. The band returned yet again to kick off the European Tour for A Thousand Suns in 2010. 'Wretches and Kings', 'When They Come For Me', 'Waiting For The End', 'Iridescent', 'The Catalyst', 'The Messenger' and all of the ATS Interludes saw their European debut on this show (or, arguably, on the private production rehearsal held the day before at the same location). The most recent performance was in 2012, on the Living Things European Tour at Admiralspalast. This show was shot for release for theatrical showings and for the Living Things+ DVD. The band "performed" 'Powerless' for the only time ever at the soundcheck for a music video shoot for Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter. The setlist featured three songs from Living Things: 'Burn It Down', 'Lies Greed Misery', and 'Tinfoil'. This show will likely see Linkin Park performing at their best - it's being shot for a Live DVD (in 4k quality!) and being broadcast to a VERY specific group of people. While details are still relatively scarce surrounding the DVD release, we have a bunch of details on the satellite broadcast! The event will be broadcasted via satellite to Samsung 2014 UHD televisions and be picked up with the built-in dvbs2 receiver. "First live concert in the world to be broadcast at Astra 19.2 degrees East in Ultra HD (3840 x 2160 pixel) in HEVC standard, at 50 fps and a colour depth of 10 bit." If you want to see if you're capable of watching the webcast, check the map here - it's only available in Europe, parts of Northern Africa, and the Middle East. If you're available to record it, feel free to share it here! Our friends at FooFightersLive.com have pitched in to help us capture the show, so if you're a Foo Fighters fan, be sure to stop by there and check out the site! At the previous show in Frankfurt, the band ran through a standard Set B for the second show in a row, since it's already been confirmed that the band will be performing Set A in Berlin. The 4k filming techniques and cameras were tested earlier on the tour in Oberhausen, so that the band could get the best possible angles for the recording. Mike rapped 'Remember The Name' over his medley, and the rest of the setlist was standard as usual. Given that the band will most likely want to keep their setlist safe for this show, it's unlikely we'll see any major changes, but you never know! Check out this performance of 'What I've Done' from Frankfurt - Brad absolutely nailed his new improvised solo during the extended bridge! Of Mice & Men has been playing some epic sets: opening with 'Public Service Announcement', the band starts the energy immediately! They kick into more songs from their new album, Restoring Force, including 'Feels Like Forever', 'Another You', and 'Identity Disorder' (the latter of which is being performed for the first time ever on this tour). The band performs new singles including 'Bones Exposed' and 'Would You Still Be There' before closing out with 'The Depths' from their previous album, The Flood, and 'You're Not Alone'. Austin Carlile has been coming out to perform 'Faint' with the band on certain occasions - have you seen the collab live? What do you think? Who will be attending the show? After this show, the band performs the last of nine shows in Germany in Bremen before concluding the European Tour with three shows in England. The band will then play 2 holiday festivals in December before taking the rest of the month off. The band starts 2015 off strong with a huge North American Tour with Rise Against and Of Mice & Men. If you didn't get the opportunity to see the band on this tour, don't worry - the band is rumored to return to Europe in Summer 2015 - check out more tumors for Asia, Australia, North America, South America, and Europe in this thread. 8. We can't add it based on the fact that it happens in Europe at that time. We need to have SOME form of proof; such as in the case of Glastonbury, there are organizers in favor of them headlining, whereas there's nothing about Sonisphere out there.
  9. Updated, thanks for pointing that stuff out. Hmm, it they didn't visit South America now, that could mean they might already have plans to perform in September there, since they're strongly rumored for Rock in Rio there. Added a section for Dates Cancelled in Negotiations in the spoiler tags.
  10. Hmm, I could and grab an audio recording the Atlantic City show with my phone. iPhone 5 recordings have had some pretty consistent and good sound (as evidenced by the Carnivores Tour), so let's see how a 6+ does I'll see if I can record the audio with my dad's phone, since I always try to grab a decent amount of videos with my own.
  11. The Hunting Party European Tour is winding down, slowly but surely! The eleventh stop on the tour takes Linkin Park and Of Mice & Men to Frankfurt, Hessen, Germany at the Festhalle on November 17, 2014. This will be the band's fourth performance there. The band's history in Frankfurt started in 2001, supporting the Deftones on their 'Back To School' Tour in Offenbach. We're you at that show? - we don't have many details surrounding it! The band didn't return to Frankfurt for the next seven years, when they performed at the Festhalle for the first time in January 2008. Since the tour was just starting, the band tested out some alterations for the setlist at this show, namely adding 'Papercut' into the set after 'Lying From You' and moving 'Valentine's Day' down after 'Breaking The Habit'. Chester brought out his son, Tyler, onstage during the first half of 'In The End', and the crowd sang happy birthday to Rob after his drum solo during 'Bleed It Out'. The band returned for the A Thousand Suns European Tour in 2010, where Mike rapped a verse of 'Reading My Eyes' (a very old Xero song, only performed a handful of times) over the extended intro of 'Bleed It Out'; funny enough, a similar occurrence happened on the current tour: Mike rapped the same verse of 'Reading My Eyes' a cappella style before the intro of 'Bleed It Out' in Amsterdam. It was a great addition to the set, despite being a very small change. Would you like to see it return? The band's previous show saw them performing in France for the first time since 2011, in Paris. The band performed Set B (shouout to Linkin Park France for great live updates from the show!), featuring the 2014 Abridged Version of 'Dirt Off Your Shoulder/Lying From You' from Collision Course, 'Somewhere I Belong', and 'With You'. Mike rapped the hybrid verse of 'Remember The Name' by Fort Minor over his solo medley (which recently saw its first change in Amsterdam for the first time since the Carnivores Tour, and the fourth change since the beginning of the Carnivores Tour). Austin Carlile from Of Mice & Men joined the band for 'Faint', as he's been doing on certain occasions on the tour. Overall, a great show! Check out this video of the newly updated Experience Version of 'Castle Of Glass' from the Paris show. The band recently incorporated elements of 'Wisdom, Justice, and Love' and 'The Radiance' into the song, making it even greater than it was before! Do you think the band will add more elements to it as time goes on? Of Mice & Men have been kicking ass this tour! Their set features a bunch of new songs from their new album, Restoring Force. Opening with 'Public Service Announcement', they band immediately starts their show off huge! They then transition into some singles from the album, including 'Feels Like Forever', 'Bones Exposed', and 'Would You Still Be There'. Non-singles including 'Another You' and 'Identity Disorder' (which saw its live debut on this tour) are also performed, before the band closes with 'The Depths' from 2011's The Flood and 'You're Not Alone'. Who'll be attending the show? Frankfurt is LPLive Admin AndOne's hometown, so be sure to say hi to him if you see him at the show! After Frankfurt, the band performs two more shows in Germany in Berlin (which will be recorded for a Live DVD and live broadcasted exclusively for owners of Samsung 4kTV owners in Europe) and Bremen, before concluding their tour with three shows in England. After this tour, the band plays two holiday shows in California to wrap up 2014 touring, and then plays shows throughout the eastern United States for The Hunting Party North American Tour with Rise Against and Of Mice & Men. If you didn't get a chance to see the band perform this time around don't worry - rumors for another European Tour in 2015 are already rising, along with dates in Asia, South America, and North America - check out all of those rumors in this thread. Keep an eye out for the release of LPU XIV - it's slated for release sometime in the near future. We'll keep you updated on that! For updates on the show, check back here or follow us on Twitter. Check out the rest of Linkin Park's 2014 touring schedule here.
  12. Nick, it might be time for #ParamorePuns Part III soon... Time will tell with this, I guess. Won't be too long from now.
  13. This was shared yesterday HERE by a LPLive member. There's no doubt that it's real, but the point is that we don't know if it's "Charges Around", if that's even a title. It's a song from 2002, as Mike said in the clip. Keep up, guys.
  14. "This song must be 'Wires' because there are wires in this shot."
  15. I love how when new song titles leak, everyone's like "I think this is this in this because yes" without any actual evidence behind it. There's literally NOTHING to tell what the songs are - names aren't enough. We don't even know if they're real at this point.
  16. There is no Chali, there is only [Chali] which be default can't be vote for
  17. For FUCKS sake guys. Do you NOT have a sense of humor? Enth E Nd. If Chali or X-ecutioner Style lose I will forever hate you
  18. I'd ban most of you if I didn't have responsibility.
  19. Linkin Park's European Tour is winding down! The tenth of sixteen shows this tour is happening in Paris, France, at the Bercy on November 16! This is the first time the band has performed in Paris since 2010, a show many of us remember, for a very special reason (we'll get into that later), and the ELEVENTH performance there spanning the band's career! The band's first performance in Paris dates back all the way back to January 2001 - the first show they played that year, AND the first show they ever performed in Europe. A second performance in Paris the next day saw the band's first TV appearance, with an old-school performance of 'One Step Closer'. The band returned again in March of that year supporting Deftones on their 'Back To School' Tour, performing songs such as 'Pushing Me Away' and 'Forgotten'. A great recording of this show exists - you can grab it in this thread. Definitely a great listen! Another awesome recording from 2001 is the band's last performance in Paris of that year - where they performed a bunch of older songs like 'Step Up' and 'My December', as well as Brad performing a guitar tease of Guns N' Roses' 'Sweet Child O' Mine'. The band didn't return until 2003, for the third show of the Meteora Touring Cycle. A bunch of rare Meteora tracks were played at the show, including 'Easier To Run' and 'Hit The Floor'. After a cancelled performance in the summer, a show was rescheduled for September, which featured a killer encore of 'A Place For My Head' and 'One Step Closer'! The band didn't return until 2007 to Paris until the Minutes To Midnight Tour, while Linkin Park finished off the Meteora Touring Cycle and Mike took Fort Minor on the road (FM was supposed to perform in Paris in 2005, but the show was cancelled due to riots creating unsafe conditions). The band performed at the Bercy for the first time with Thirty Seconds To Mars and Blindside, opening the show with 'One Step Closer' and performing new Minutes To Midnight songs, including 'Leave Out All The Rest' and 'The Little Things Give You Away'. The band returned the next year in 2008, performing even more MTM songs like 'In Between' and 'Valentine's Day', as well as the return of 'A Place For My Head'. The band returned in 2010 for the A Thousand Suns European Tour - one of the most memorable shows of the entire touring cycle. Why?, you may ask - the show happened a day after the 10-year anniversary of Hybrid Theory, prompting the band to perform 'A Place For My Head' in full and unrehearsed for the only time on the entire ATS Tour (it appeared partially during the extended bridge of 'Bleed It Out' later), and probably one of the best performances of the entire tour! Finally, the most recent performance occurred in Arras, 2011: one of two shows that the band dropped 'One Step Closer' from a full setlist for the first time ever. That's all led up to 2014, where the band will perform in Paris once again! This was the Paris 2010 performance of 'A Place For My Head', the only time on the entire A Thousand Suns Touring Cycle that it was performed in full. Despite it being unrehearsed, the band seemed to really enjoy performing it again! It's only been performed twice in 2014 - Download 2014 and Warped Tour. Do you want it to return to the setlists? The band performed it at the Amsterdam Summit rehearsal, so they could easily whip it out randomly if they wanted to! The band performed in Wien, Austria yesterday, performing Set A. The setlists have been showing signs of variation recently; nothing major, but very fine details the band could easily change up at any point! In Amsterdam, Mike rapped a verse from the Nick Catchdubs remix of 'Skin To Bone' from Recharged for the first time since West Palm Beach, Florida on the Carnivores Tour, and the first time he's rapped something different than 'Remember The Name' since Woodlands, Texas. Mike attempted to change up the intro of 'Until It's Gone' by rapping a verse of 'Forgotten' in Stuttgart, as requested by LPLive Member LilMike, but he couldn't find a way to make it work. In Leipzig, Mike and Chester sang part of the first verse of 'Waiting Room' by Fugazi for the first time ever before 'The Catalyst' Refrain during the extended bridge of 'Bleed It Out'. These little changes are keeping the setlists interesting! Of Mice & Men have been performing some great sets, as well! Their sets open with 'Public Service Announcement', 'Feels Like Forever', and 'Bones Exposed' - new songs off of their latest album, Restoring Force. The band included a song they haven't played yet in their set - 'Identity Disorder' from the new album too. New singles including 'Would You Still Be There' are also implemented into the set, as well as some new album cuts like 'Another You'. The band closes with 'The Depths' of 2012's The Flood and 'You're Not Alone'. The band will be joining the band again for their 2015 The Hunting Party North American Tour in January and February, along with Rise Against. Who's excited to see them live? Austin Carlile, the band's lead singer, has been appearing onstage with Linkin Park for 'Faint', and doing a great job! Who wants to see this collaboration more? Who's heading to the show? After this show, the band returns to Germany to the last three shows of nine in Germany, before concluding the tour with three shows in England. The show on November 19 in Berlin, Germany will be recorded for a Live DVD as well as a live webcast! After the European Tour, the band has two holiday festivals to perform at in December, then 2015's The Hunting Party North American Tour. There are a bunch of touring rumors circulating around, including Asia (India and China), South America, Europe, and North America - check them all out here. LPU XIV is expected to be released very soon - a 2002 demo from the CD was played for LPU M&G attendees in Wien, so we're bound to get a bunch of great demos! For updates on the show, check back here or follow us on Twitter! Check out the rest of Linkin Park's 2014 touring schedule here.
  20. Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but these titles are most likely fake.
  21. Enth E Nd If one of the interludes don't win I will be thoroughly disappointed.
  22. 1) Check out this thread. It hasn't been updated recently but it shouldn't be too hard to find the more recent ones in chronological order. http://lplive.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=9455&do=findComment&comment=181418 2) As martinez said, they've recorded everything but there hasn't been plans for a making-of.
  23. 1:40 what the hell are they singing?
  24. Because the setlists will be different lmao. Probably better, too.
  25. Notes: - No LPU XIV songs at M&G - RTN over Mike's Solo - Austin on Faint - Mike and Chester covered a song sing-a-long style before The Catalyst refrain of BIO. Can anyone find a video?
