  1. DUDE! thats a deep memory ! wow what a throwback! i used to listen to that guy, he was really good. did he succeed?
  2. But alongside the angst, PVRIS also offer up some buoyant moments of reprieve as the album progresses, from the effervescent SENTI-MENTAL to the ethereal ANYWHERE BUT HERE, the gooey charm of LOVE IS A…, and the album’s very own self-titled track, closing out in shimmering, Flume-esque whimsy. An unmistakably visceral and unexpectedly uplifting release, EVERGREEN is PVRIS raging against the machine with layers of sonic neon, smoke and moments of glistening calm. Boasting co-producers alongside Gunnulfsen, including Linkin Park’s Mike Shinoda, Y2K, Matias Mora, Carrie Karpinen and returning PVRIS collaborator JT Daly, EVERGREEN is an elusive yet arresting journey that will have you asking life’s biggest questions, while also lulling you beyond the systemic and musical norms. A love letter to pop, rock, electronica and beyond while also elegantly extending the PVRIS creative universe, EVERGREEN more than lives up to its name and then some. Lynn talks about Shinoda
  3. if this was part of an LPTV or LPU exclusive it wouldnt be 3:15 it would be like 15 seconds or less. This is just fake.
  4. Chester not missing a single note during the crowdsurfing in by myself was badass!!!
  5. Holy fuck That's badass, looks like something straight out from Frat Party
  6. The guy that created this set deserves a freaking medal, it sounds so good what i love about this is that this tricks my mind i actually feel like im listening to a new real set.
  7. This fan made project is really good, give it a chance. Hello everyone, today I present to you the new live set that I have put together for all of you, as I did before, the set is put together with different presentations, the vast majority have made small modifications, such as intros, outros or mashups, to give it that freshness of something "new" There are also exceptions with edits that go further, like the LOST theme, since I did my best to make it sound like it was really live. I don't know if this becomes a tradition every year, but it's something I've enjoyed doing again. I consider this set a mix of the 2004 tour and how it was LP today, I have decided to do that mix for Meteora's 20th anniversary. That although the entire album is not there, they predominate in the setlist. Basically this "show" would be located after the launch of Meteora20. I won't post the set list today so that the first ones to hear it will be unknown, which will make it more interesting as you immerse yourself in the set and imagine that it is something current where in another timeline nothing ever happened, and the band continues to give a show with our beloved Chester. -TheSoldier
  8. ⬇️ LISTEN ON SPOTIFY Before iconic singer Chester Bennington rose to international stardom as the lead singer for Linkin Park, he started out in Phoenix, Arizona with his first band Grey Daze. Grey Daze drummer and best friend to Chester, Sean Dowdell, along with their new lead singer Cris Hodges joins Brad Szollose on Awakened Nation to discuss what it was like to rerecord the tracks Chester and Sean were working on before he died in 2017, going on tour for the first time in 20 years, and Sean's heartwarming stories of missing his best friend, and waiting for the right time to bring these new songs to life. This is rock history in the making, as Grey Daze had played their last show in 1998 and planned to reunite before Chester's tragic death in 2017, two months away from starting their new tour. The tracks for their new collaboration would lay dormant for 5 years as Sean mourned Chester's death. This episode includes video footage from the documentary Grey Daze: The Creation of The Phoenix, featuring Dave Navarro, a sample of B12, their new album The Phoenix, also great stories from Cris and Sean on the experience of going back on tour after 20 years. Cris shares the first time he sang for Grey Daze at UFest in front of 15,000 fans, and the ghost of Chester. If you love LinkinPark, This goes beyond being a tribute to Chester Bennington, this is a friend sharing Chester's last legacy...while Cris gets to sing alongside Chester synced to video footage, as well as carving out his own path as Grey Daze prepares for a new direction.
  9. If they were planning a secret comeback at a festival the info would be secret or they would use a random name like in the promo discs where they called themselves Little Pony or something like that haha
  10. Talking about this release, its cool that he remastered the album and edited a video... but a live SBD professionally mixed FULL SHOW would be better. I remember that he has the 2015 Exchange FM show and the Russia show from 2018 but he simply refuses to release the whole thing....
  11. Yes. I was blown away of how he made a 20 year old track sound very modern. I would be really intersted to listen to a new mix from him of HT. i would prefer a new mix instead of a re-recording.
  12. yeah same here I LOVE Place To Start and Over Again those are part of my top 30 of all time LP universe tracks but the rest of the album sounds a little bit outdated to me.
  13. If Mike really wanted to re record his verses that would be okay for me as long as we had both versions released. But new vocals over an old song would sound really weird.
  14. Does the new master sounds like an actual upgrade? i cant find a difference im at work so laptop speakers dont help haha The only album that i need remastered is Hybrid Theory. A Manny M. mix of that album would be so freaking badass. And about this release, it's just okay atleast it wasnt just a random t shirt for 40 bucks.
  15. We did a huge research a few years ago and we found a lot of cool stuff. check it out.
  16. Since the OML he was like that i odnt remember any Rob interview from that period.
  17. Maybe Mike performing LP songs with other famous guests? Similar to what happened @ Hollywood Bowl The " & friends" part is a really interesting hint. My theory is that Slye already talked to Mike and asked for Linkin Park and the guys said no. FROM the business point of view Mike Shinoda with some famous friends playing Linkin Park songs would attract more people than Mike w his almost unknown solo project.
  18. Im getting tired of waiting. I just need an answer if it's over it's okay ill find a way to accept that. but it's getting really frustrating.
  19. They always did joke songs, there's a lot of examples. I did a compilation, i might update it with every joke song.
  20. Mixed in 2023 but with the mindset of making it sound like they were mixed in 2002.
