How do you find the Junkyard Scientific song "Flight Path"? I look on the Linkinpedia website on the Junkyard Scientific page and found this link that was supposed to lead me to the song. Instead, it shows me the page, but it just says the words "Summer Be Like" and there's nothing else. Besides the words I mentioned before, the page is blank. There's no audio file that pops up for you to listen to. The link that has the song "Animal House" works, though.

The player was removed from the page but was still in the source code. Had links to various other songs.

  2. Los Angeles rapper and singer Sueco (real name William Henry Schultz, also known as Sueco The Child) has released today, September 16th, the deluxe edition of his latest album "It Was Fun While It Lasted." Originally a 12-track album, this new edition presents 9 additional tracks, amounting to a total of 21 tracks. Among them is a collaboration with Mike Shinoda titled 'Up In Smoke.' Mike is credited as a co-producer and co-writer on the song with Warner Chappell songwriter and producer Colin Brittain. They were seen working together back in July. Listen to the result below.

  3. In February this year the mysterious French DJ Malaa from the Pardon My French collective released on his SoundCloud page a remix of Linkin Park's multi-platinum hit 'In The End.' Yesterday he announced through social media the track has now been picked up by the band for an official release through Warner Records which is happening this next Friday, September 9. The release is dubbed as 'In The End (2022 Remix).'

It's currently unknown if any changes were made to the remix for the official release. You can listen to the version released in February in the video below.

I can't find any topics with "Already Looking At Me"

Hm... I guess we never made a news post for it but I remember sharing the song on social media when it came out:

Same. I remember it being posted on Reddit as well but I can't find it either. I think it was discovered around the time Let You Go came out. It's still unreleased as far as I know.

  5. A few of these were either discussed here in the forums or already have entries on Linkinpedia.

The Greg Delson one is interesting because he and Brad worked on another song several years ago for a project that never came out. Nice find.

Choosing Violence is new to me as well. Again, they had actually worked on another song together that never came out:

About "Enth E Nd", the song is listed on the known list here in the site, is that song confirmed to be played or is a guess based on shared info from both Summer Sonic dates? (both dates have the same list, it's not hard to assuming that. The song is also the only one without audiovisual proof based on the cited sources on both pages):
    https://lplive.net/shows/fortminor/20060812f
    https://lplive.net/shows/fortminor/20060813f

No, that was just a mistake because they played in Japan in 2005 and there's an interview with footage of Enth E Nd. We thought it was from 2006.

Hi... i'm sure how start this hehe... Well, I want to make knowledge of something that I found recently, and I think this place is the more proper to bring this. Is about the Summer Sonic Chiba date of Fort Minor. There's a japanese page called LiveFans, that is a Setlist.fm kind of page, where users upload setlists for different shows, exclusive for japanese ones in this case. The thing is that in that page is listed a complete setlist for that show (something missing nowadays). The problem is that we cannot know if was added by a proper attendee of by someone random because was added by what is seems to be a delete account. I'm just want to bring this in the case that nobody here were aware of this, though I don't thing can be use as a source for the setlist of that show (though the way that is written make me thing in a chance, I don't know... though... What the heck is "She Wants to Move"?): https://www.livefans.jp/events/16141
(Honestly, I wasn't expect to be this my first post ever..., I never intended to use the account anyway but hey, there's always a first time 🙃)

Wow, that's interesting. Nice find. That's basically the Australia and New Zealand Tour setlist without Enth E Nd.

She Wants To Move is a N.E.R.D. song. Black Violin always did a solo where they played a medley of popular hip-hop songs. Here are a few of them:

    Also Yeah! by Usher:

Apparently She Wants To Move might be one of them.

chester's projects were never popular in the fan base

    i disliked CheSTP a lot

It's crazy how that collaboration managed to attract so much hate from both communities. Contrary to Grey Daze, they didn't even do anything to incite that reaction. They were just a group of nice guys who got along well trying to play the music they loved while staying respectful to their fans. Sad how it all went down, specially knowing Stone Temple Pilots was Chester's favorite band and a huge musical influence on him.

BelowEmpty simply refused to cover anything related to Chester during those years (and went as far as shutting down their site at one point) and we had to create new social media pages and a new subforum exclusively to cover Stone Temple Pilots news because of people constantly complaining about us posting tour updates. No one ever complained about us covering Fort Minor, Dead By Sunrise or Mike Shinoda, so it made absolutely no sense for this particular project to get this kind of treatment.

hmm, i believe it's because buying NFTs makes profits while purchasing historic tape, only valueble to collectors and hardcore fans. that's all. no need to be complicated.

NFTs are digital collectibles. Buying an NFT only makes profit if someone else is willing to pay more than you paid for it. Also known as "only valuable for collectors." If you buy an NFT from a random nobody I doubt you'll be making much money from it, but if you buy an NFT from a big name like Mike or those ugly monkeys I'm certain someone else would be willing to buy it from you and you'd be making a profit out of it.

Same thing happens with physical items. We purchased Rapology 12 for less than 5 bucks because people thought it was just a random old hip-hop compilation. But now everyone knows there's an exclusive Linkin Park (Xero) track on it and it's just impossible to find that CD for a reasonable price.

My mistake. Sort of odd it would be only on iTunes and Apple Music. They should release it on other platforms, it’s a great song.

It's because the song was released on 8-bit Rebellion, a game exclusively for Apple products, and later included as a bonus track for the iTunes version of A Thousand Suns. They had an exclusivity deal for the song. If I recall correctly, it expired a couple of years or so ago, but there hasn't been any reason to re-release A Thousand Suns in other platforms yet. 2020 was the 10th anniversary, but that year was all about HT20. Maybe in 2025...

  12. A new version of Minutes To Midnight is coming to all digital music platforms tomorrow, May 13th, just in time for the album's 15th anniversary!

This new deluxe edition includes all 15 tracks from the physical Tour Edition of the album + Across The Line which is listed under the same code and title as the LPU9 version, marking the first release of this version outside of the LPU!

    Tracklist:

    1. Wake
    2. Given Up
    3. Leave Out All The Rest
    4. Bleed It Out
    5. Shadow Of The Day
    6. What I've Done
    7. Hands Held High
    8. No More Sorrow
    9. Valentine's Day
    10. In Between
    11. In Pieces
    12. The Little Things Give You Away
    13. No Roads Left
    14. Across The Line
    15. Given Up (Third Encore Session)
    16. What I've Done (Distorted Remix)

When Across The Line was first issued in digital format in 2013 it was missing the synth bass line that's supposed to come in during the first verse at 0:21. Other two songs on the 2013 edition also had differences when compared to the original 2007 versions: Shadow Of The Day and No Roads Left.

In 2021, No Roads Left was finally replaced for the original version. Shadow Of The Day was replaced as well, but not for the original version from 2007. Instead, the song features a re-recorded guitar part as explained by Astat:

Shadow of the Day: Guitar that enters in the first chorus (absent from the previous "wrong" mix) is a different take, the tone is completely different and there are no sliding noises between the notes like there are on the original CD version. I'm not totally convinced it isn't a VST guitar sim replacing the original track. Other differences seem to be fixed.

Haha, wow, this is 100% a re-recorded guitar part, it even plays a wrong note. On the "and the shadow of the day" lines in the choruses, it's supposed to follow the bass and go down to a G instead of going up to a D like it does on every other time through the progression, but it goes up to a D in that spot on this recording. I bet Mike re-recorded this recently because they couldn't find the original guitar track for whatever reason.

Across The Line wasn't fixed back then, but it has finally been replaced now. This new edition of the album includes the re-recorded version of Shadow Of The Day and the original version of No Roads Left as well.
