Added a lot of things from the Breaking The Habit manga. The LPU XIV stuff is there too.

Songs produced by Mike usually have some direct input by him. On "Carry Me Away" he played all instruments and sang the chorus, "Resurrection" originated from an instrumental demo created by him, on "Change" he played keyboards and samples, etc. I think he played at least guitar on "Shoot First". Other people are credited for keyboards, scratches and bass on the album. I couldn't find the songwriters of this one. He is credited as writer of The Instrumental.

I don't think so. He was credited as executive producer of the album but wasn't credited as writer of the songs. He didn't play or sing on any of them either.

I'm not sure about this. There's no fake mp3 of these songs that I know of, so I think it wouldn't fit this list. If I list them, I would have to also list things like "March Of The Dead" and "Viserion" from that fake The Hunting Party tracklist.

The title "Warrior" was on some LPTV about The Hunting Party. The other 3 were never mentioned by the band. I would say they aren't real. The titles on this tracklist which were actually released on The Hunting Party came from the same LPTV episode as "Warrior".
