Hamburg has a setlist picture! Sweet! First time since the last show in 2008.

Come to Atlanta! Not far at all.

How do you sign up for LPU M&Gs? Just redeemed my code. Wow. I couldn't have planned this fucking tour any better myself. I literally have these shows fall in the PERFECT time frame. I come back from Christmas break 1/18 Tuesday. First show is 1/20 Sunrise. I have to be in class for mandatory attendance the first day. That's 1/18 for my Tues/Thurs classes, 1/19 for my Mon/Weds classes (or just Weds classes), 1/24 for my just Monday classes. 1/20 is a Thursday, 1/22 is a Saturday, 1/23 is a Sunday. What the hell, Linkin Park planned this as nicely as it could be planned. LOVE IT. MSG and Cincy are both on weekends. Denver too in case the Summit is there. The entire fucking tour is planned around my school calendar. Wow.

I'm going to all 3 too! We can meet up and all if you want!

11.11.2010 - London, England (Night 2)
hahninator replied to hahninator's topic in Previous Show Discussion
Hey can you scan the one you got and send that in to us please? mark@lplive.net if you could. That'd be sweet to have a copy on the show page of both setlists (the one with POA that wasn't played & then the one that was played). -
I hope Pendulum is good. If not, then that'll be major suckage lol. Holy shit expensive tickets. $80. Projekt Revolution 2008 was cheaper than that and it was like 10 bands, 2 stages, an all day thing. This is 3 bands for more. Woahhhh. But at least every ticket includes the DSP, so technically you're buying it all at once. $70. I guess I can live with that. If I can do the MFR volunteer thing for free tickets to each show, then that'll be sweet. I hope they do that this tour so I don't drop a lot of money on tickets and can save THAT to attend more shows. That's a huge incentive. Save $80+ and use that to travel to another show lol.

They can't hit every single state this tour so I'm sure the next tour in the summer for the USA will include cities/states they didn't hit this time. Arizona, Washington, etc.

LP - 22.01.2011 - Tampa, FL, St. Pete Times Forum

Day off between this one and Sunrise so I need to find something to do - some theme park I guess. Also looking for a place to stay after the Sunrise show or in Tampa before the Tampa show. After this show I'll be driving back to Atlanta. But yeah pit it is...sweet looking venue. -

First show of the tour! I'll be at this one in the pit. Can't wait to see their first headlining ATS arena show in the USA. -
LP - 23.01.2011 - Atlanta, GA, Philips Arena

Girlfriend lives in Midtown by Piedmont Park, I'm all over this show. Seeing Dave Matthews Band at Philips tomorrow. Atlanta is where it's at! Coming with her to the show, so seats for me. We should do a meetup pre and post show. Maybe get Vortex or something afterward. -
Oh sweet I didn't see the Sunrise show. In that case fuck Cincy, the first 3 work for me perfectly. LOL @ someone complaining about a 6 hour drive. That's NOTHING. FL for us will be like 8-10+. Pit for first 2, seats for Atlanta probably so I can drag my girlfriend along lol. Woot for the first 3 shows of the tour. Finally I can be surprised with the setlists. If they go AA BB CC then FML lol.

TOUR STARTING IN TAMPA AND ATLANTA, HELL YEAH I'll be at both shows. Tampa, Atlanta, Cincinnatti. That's about as far as I can go. Sucks no Nashville, Charlotte, nothing...barely any southeast compared to before. I'd like to do Philly but it's so far. So those 3 work for me. Gonna be at the first 2 shows of the tour! But if they do 3 setlists then it's off to Detroit! lol

This is it! The last show of the first leg of the "A Thousand Suns" World Tour! Two nights in London concluded the European leg and then Abu Dhabi and Tel Aviv close it out for the band before a short break for them. After that, they'll head to Australia at the beginning of December to play some shows down there (Anyone know if New Zealand will have shows announced soon?) before the North American tour from January to March. This of course is the first LP show in Israel. They debuted a brand new setlist with "Fallout" and "The Catalyst" opening and "One Step Closer" closing at the second show in London. They also used that same one in Abu Dhabi a few days ago, so it's reasonable to expect that one tonight. I see a few wanting them to play "Breaking The Habit" in that setlist but otherwise I see that it's getting good reviews from the fans. Do you think they'll rotate between the two main European setlists and possibly ANOTHER new setlist for the North American tour? Who's going to the Tel Aviv show? Excited for LP's first appearance there? M&G, anybody? The North American 2011 tour dates will be released today, so as one leg ends, another is announced. Who's excited? Do you think LP will play a city in Mexico this time around to make it a complete North American tour? After North America, the band will play in Asia followed by Europe (again) and another North American tour in the summer of 2011. Perhaps South America will come after that again, but nothing has been rumored as far as that goes. Stay tuned for the new tour dates! SETLIST: 01. The Requiem 02. Wretches And Kings 03. Papercut 04. Given Up 05. New Divide 06. Faint 07. Empty Spaces 08. When They Come For Me 09. No More Sorrow 10. Jornada Del Muerto 11. Waiting For The End 12. Wisdom, Justice, And Love 13. Iridescent 14. Numb 15. The Radiance (Live Version) 16. Breaking The Habit 17. Shadow Of The Day 18. Crawling 19. One Step Closer ---------------------- 20. Fallout 21. The Catalyst 22. The Messenger ('No Woman No Cry' before it) 23. In The End 24. What I've Done 25. Bleed It Out (APFMH over bridge)

11.11.2010 - London, England (Night 2)

Cause I think Rob makes the setlists. I dunno. I have no idea how the process goes to determine what song to play lol. The new set looks great. If they put POA in there instead of NMS, that'll be epic. I guess they'll do 3 rotating sets again. Very interesting to see BTH was dropped for once. That's good news to me even though I love BTH because this means LP isn't relying on ALL those singles still. SIB is gone, etc. LOATR was gone for a while. I like that. Changing the set so much with adding and subtracting songs is great in my opinion. Maybe this means Numb is "One Step Closer" to being dropped -
Can't wait to hear the CD. A-Six was awesome, Drawing is great...I hope these are awesome too. I bet this will be a quality CD. Still surprised as to them being instrumentals though because I was under the impression (with a lot of others) that this was 10 full b-sides. Then I got word of 1 instrumental (Coal), so I was like oh sweet. Maybe something got lost in translation along the way that made everyone think it was 10 b-sides.

hahninator replied to hahninator's topic in Previous Show Discussion
I was told the original setlist earlier today via text by Lee/Wilderness, the same one posted a few pages earlier. He texted me a few hours after that and told me the band has dropped POA for an unknown reason from the show. So by combining that with the fact that NMS was just played with FTI after that (NMS being in the spot that POA was in), I think it's a very safe assumption that POA has been replaced for this show. We'll see if it'll appear in the set if the band plays this one at either of the next 2 shows before their break. Yay for a tour debut of From The Inside! aka Chester's favorite LP song to play live -

Yes please! Thanks ree_ree. I REALLY appreciate all of your updates on the Summit, the show, the setlist and the CD. You are awesome. LPL staff is going to make you Contributor status for all of that If you could take a great picture or even scan it if possible and send it to mark@lplive.net, I'd be eternally grateful. We can add it to the show page if you'd like to do that. We have other setlists from the tour too (one of each "different" set that they have played so far) so one from London with THIS different setlist would be the icing on the cake. If you get around to it, that'd be awesome. Thanks so much. -

Just to elaborate on this: Points Of Authority was in the place of No More Sorrow on the setlist but was replaced at the last minute for an unknown reason. There's still 2 shows left in the Middle East before they take a break so maybe they'll play it there, or perhaps they'll wait for Australia. But I do know that POA was confirmed on the actual setlist. I'm not sure why it was replaced with NMS. Someone said Mike mentioned LPLive at the soundcheck? What did he say? And what all songs did the soundcheck have besides FTI, Papercut and LOATR? -
Wow. 6 instrumentals out of 10 songs? WTF. Are you kidding me? This is supposed to be the best LPU CD to date? When they said bsides that come from each CD I thought they meant like, songs that barely didn't make the cut for Meteora or something. a 1997 Coal instrumental is cool. But you're telling me LP has no other full bsides? What? That makes no sense. $60 and a CD that very likely might not even beat LPU9? Need to hear this CD immediately but so far the reviews of it are astonishingly bad. I can't believe there are 6 instrumentals.

Asia is between the North American tour and the Europe tour in 2011. Asia in like March/April I think.
