That was easily the funniest thing I have ever seen in the LP community - my entire Twitter timeline was exploding. And yeah for real, they probably think we'll take pitchforks somewhere over the DSPs. Speaking of DSPs, it's 2:15am and I'm going to sleep but I will post a Newswire thread about the comments today regarding DSPs and we'll go from there. I'll post it when I wake up in a few hours. Should make some good discussion before Summer Sonic. I doubt LP will change much in these setlists. They might even go back to Set A for Asia. Or maybe use this for the festivals with no encore and use Set A for the headline shows. That's very possible. This is a badass setlist though.

Yep that's it. We didn't know what was going on haha. I love that setlist. I'd take it all day, especially over Set A. APFMH/Papercut opening to me is the best opening they've ever had. Those literally are my two favorite Linkin Park songs. What a shame we don't get a DSP of that. Band looked great tonight. Really a big fan of that set. I would have loved Reading My Eyes in full and it's a shame they didn't do it but hey, I'll take this.

Wantagh 2001 was filmed for HBO Reverb but never used. I think if they release older DSPs we'll get the audio of that show since we got High Voltage randomly with the iTunes stuff earlier this year. I was told in 2011 they were filming parts of some shows on the North American leg of the ATS Tour for a WFTE music video but obviously that never happened since the video turned out to be something not live. And then they decided to get fans to film the shows. Maybe when I was told "the band was recording some shows for a music video" it was meant to be "the band is getting some stuff recorded for a music video" haha

Some updates: The setlist is called "SSMF V3". Not sure what that means. I haven't seen the actual set. The Julien-K set at 6:30pm will not interfere with the LPU M&G because the M&G is at 8:30pm. LP plays at 9:30pm and the curfew as always is 11:00pm. So it's possible for Chester to join Julien-K. Not sure if that will happen but it definitely can. And there was some interesting commentary on Twitter about DSPs....I'll get a thread going after the show with that stuff. Pooch and Dylan both said the DSPs basically are done for right now and to ask the band. Mike replied and said ask Lorenzo, he isn't sure what the deal is.

KROQ isn't involved or else it'd probably be streamed. Wow that's really cool. I guess 30STM legit is a fan of the band since they have opened for them before and seem to be enjoying themselves at those shows.

No way to know unless the SSMF setlist has the same note on BIO and we are able to tell from that. No hardcore fans were at the rehearsal so they don't have any idea what RME is probably, lol, much less how much and what was done over BIO bridge.

If they legit changed up how they played BID, they'll do it for SSMF and this tour probably.

Well it'd be pretty epic if they took a lot of RME. Maybe verse 1, chorus and bridge. Then back into BIO. Verse 1 over the drums w/ BIO guitar, like it was at Venice 2008. Fucking Richard, I think he removed his 30 second video of it from YouTube lol. Then go into a chorus with a RME guitar part and launch into the bridge with Chester singing/screaming like he did on it in 2006. That'd be pretty legit. But still not as good as the full song.

Surely they can do one full song.... Just one little bridge in a 90 minute set, that's like 30 seconds max.
