Chester said it himself, and I agree that Sydney night one had the bast crowd of the tour! And that crowd was crazy as fuck!! But I gotta say that the small Canberra show had the best performance of Blackout to date and an epic Bleed it Out!!

Set is epic but would replace BitS back with Iridescent and try and fit BTH in as a must! But APFMH is epic over BIO. Hell how about a BIO with BITS first followed by APFMH during the bridge? EPIC!!

Started with The Requiem because thats the song that played first when I put ATS on in the car!! Got up to WTCFM before the damn cd player decided to fuck up! Thats why I only play burnt cds in the car!!

Got to say that meeting the band for the first time was a highlight, along with the experience that the touring crew helped create. Summit was awesome and Maurice handing me a drumstick in the mosh in Canberra was a moment I will never forget!! Including three shows in 2010 I have been to four LP concerts and hope to hit so many more in years to come!!

Completely disagree! Whilst Chester is hands down my favourite member, from meeting the band twice I have got to say that the band in order of friendlyness is as follows: 1. Joe 2. Mike 3. Dave 4. Rob 5. Chester 6. Brad What do you guys think? I had good chats with Joe and Dave, and Mike is genuinely happy to meet fans at M&G while it seems like a drag for the rest. Rob is just a very quiet person but you can tell he's a loyal person. Chester and Brad kind of seem like they are over M&G but that may just be me?

Fuckin pumped to hear that one Pez!! That shit is gonna be bumpin! I reckon the Canberra version of Blackout is the best. Didnt go to Melbourne but of Syd #2 and Canberra, C-town was the best performance. LP really has progressed this song. Burning in the Skies on the otherhand..... should never ever be played live. Especially not in place of Breaking the Habit. Even Iridescent is so much better live than BitS!

Definately! I was 12 when the first LPU was released so never got these early LPU cds. Have been making up for lost time and have LPU cds 3,4,5,7,8,9,10 but no 1 and 2! (or 6 for that matter)!!

It would have been better live if instead of scratching samples Chester had some kind of skitz out instead. Screams and shit beats album samples anyday!

Yeah its true.. Pez and his bro were at the back of the line and the decision came just as final preps were being made for the photo.. Pez and Brad were right in front of me! And that's wen I finally met those dudes!

Agreed that 3 years is too long between Aus tours! Disagree with the bagging of LP pulling up Pez twice! No one else offered so why not!In terms of tix etc I should be able to get Canberra and some of Syd up but today is day 2 of 8 straight working so may take a while!

Yes AIS does have that capacity but the stage was quiet far forward on the arena floor to make the venue look fuller. You could easily tell there was more room backstage. One thing to note from the show is the band did quiet a long encore break (twice as long as Sydney). Maybe to try and get the small crowd to actually use some voice!

Hey everyone just a recap on the first ever Canberra show! Meet and greet was in a very small room under the basketball stadium. About 25 of us there but thank God I was less shellshocked than yesterday that I could communicate to the band more! I shook Chesters hand and thanked him for bringing the summit to Aus. I asked Joe if he was going to do more art today (as the guy in front of me got some art on his tour promo book at the summit) and he drew a pic for me whilst holding up the line! Mike also drew one of his trademark pics and flashed his smile (which is so amazing and genuine)!! We had a group photo and concert time. The Canberra crowd was only about 3000 (I doubt LP will come back) but the concert was all class. Chester really busted it out in Blackout! and the place went nuts for Numb, In The End, Bleed It Out, Faint and One Step Closer! At times Brad and Joe seemed on autopilot but they did still joke around together and saluted the crowd. One highlight is during Faint I saw one of the techies in the crowd talking to a girl and I recognised him so I tapped him on the shoulder and he turned around. He was trying to figue out who I was and I showed him my M&G pass and he handed me a drumstick from his pocket! And then after the concert when the set was being taken down he pulled off a setlist and frisbeed it. It swirled around me and went on the floor so I just pancaked on it and had it secure! Sadly, I don't remember his name but he is the bloke who wore a singlet yesterday and today, curly hair, and a bandana. I don't remember his name but if I could sincerely thank him I would! I did however thank Pooch in the mix after for a great tour and the night was over. Great Tour, Great Band, BEST EVER!!!

Yeah I'll be sure to enjoy the ATS Aus tour closing show! Meet and greet in an hour then time to rock!

And that's why it charted on MTV weekly 30 and you all thought I was crazy!
