I knew someone wwould say something like this, I need to explain myself more. I don't mean pop as all the stuff you said, because what you said is true, I don't mean pop in the simple song structure, and I don/t mean pop as in popular. I mean pop in how the music sounds, In the end (no pun intended), it just matters weather you like the music or not. Yes, HT is pop in the sense you descirbed, but does the actually sound of the songs sound like a Katy Perry song or some other pop music, not really. It's pop music in certain senses but not pop music in other senses.

Almost every band changes sound at one point or another, does that make it automatically revolutionary? no it doesnt...

unless your meaning pop as popular I can't take this post seriously ATS was more pop than the rest of their albums

I personally hope it's before the Festivals so we get more music, plus they would have no music to play at the festivals, but you are probably right with the last time to play ATS heavy setlist at festivals then new album in summer after the festivals

they are doing a some festivals, they said they were working on making more music faster, and Chester was recording vocals the other day which is the last thing LP does on an album before mastering in stuff, so I really believe they will get album out in May before concerts start. But as long as it comes out before Summer ends I will be happy

i really believe we will get album in May, i just have that gut feeling, and with these tour dates, i just believe it to be true. Album in May!

I agree with everything you said, i also praised when it first came out and I also was tricked into believing what they said and what they did. album sucks really.

no, i always say they sell out and then I notice it's actually the opposite of selling out.

False, i can't hear Linkin Park in ATS, if it wasn't for Mike and Chester vocals, no Linkin park would be in ATS. ATS does not feel like an LP album I always say, it did the opposite of selling out but that doesn't make it good

yeah but Blink-182's album and Foo Fighters album were better this argument always comes up. I'd say technically they aren't selling out because the album sales were weak compared to last three albums but it still was a "bad change" imo so not selling out, but still I liked MTM much better than ATS

to each his own opinion, i agree MTM didn't have enough Mike but the song were written well and were good rock songs that make the album really good. I loved MTM, and it's also the album with the best b-sides/ unreleased songs. MTM was a perfect rock album

I agree with you, artists and bands hardly make money off albums any more. Most of their money comes from concert sales now a days and i also agree on the vocals, this could come out sooner than expected and we could have a single really soon

You want good drummers Rob is good for what he is, but some of the best drummers that are way out of his league- Scott Travis, Neil Part, Reeves, Chad Smith, Niko McBrain, Travis Barker, Ian Paice, Josh Freese, Dave Grohl, Gavin Harrison

not sure about the first part, but the rock band part is right

I don't like Julien-K but Chester's parts are nice

hah, true lol, but LP is still in top 10 and ahead of Lil Wayne so I'm happy
