  1. wow, new list because my old list was weird: Main Stage: Eminem Blink-182 Angels and Airwaves Three Days Grace Disturbed Papa Roach My Chemical Romance The Fray MGMT Second Stage: Kendrick Lamar Reflection Eternal The Naked and the Famous Cage the Elephant
  2. no that is different, voclas always sound different. Singing is not new but vocals between songs are different. Sampleing they may use a a different sample for different songs but sampling is not new
  3. well i have heard songs using samples lately so same thing just a different sample
  4. i did not know this fact, goo fact
  5. by definition of pop meaning popular yes, their nu metal days were more pop, but by sounds inside a song i say ATS is more pop
  6. sales don't matter to LP no, but what i',m saying is if they made another nu metal record and people knew about it, more people would buy it meaning that more people like the nu metal LP better than the pop LP of ATS
  7. agreed
  8. a lot of times people on forums bring up sales a lot
  9. If LP were to ever make another nu metal album i would most likely sell more than A Thousand Suns (as long as old fans knew about the album)
  10. thank you Legend much aprreciated
  11. wow a tie between HT-Meteora and ATS not much love for MTM, which i personally think is better than ATS period
  12. Probably a thread like this before, but what is the best concert LP has done in your opinion. I go with Summer Sonic 06 (and not just because of QWERTY) or Rock Am Ring 04
  13. HT-Meteora was winning for a tad bit, its fallen now, how sad
  14. Just thought id make a poll about this since is an endless discussion it seems like. So what;s Your favorite period of Linkin Park, and im talking album periods, and the sounds the album makes
  15. at least in the US lots of people say Korn is the laughing stock of metal these days. and the new Korn cd is dubstep/nu metal. i wouldn't call it biggest metal album of the year cause its not that much metal (but it will be a good album)
  16. Staind is still relevant, so is Papa Roach, and also Hollywood Undead is somewhat relevant and they are classified as nu metal. If anything Korn has become irrelevant.
  17. Exhibit A is from the worst band in the worldExhibit B is still lots of fans least favorite LP album and was their least successful album. Examples C: American Tragedy by Hollywood Undead. Exhibit D: The new Staind album (technically nu metal, id say a little more alt metal but people, not myself, are calling it nu metal). Exhibit E: Papa Roach is still around. Exhibit F: Trapt is considered nu metal, there new album is good. I could go on, nu metal may not be totally mainstream anymore but its still around
  18. Nu Metal I like Nu Metal, i will never get over it. and also nu metal is not dead
  19. well its more like the special elements. first they rap and sing, so its basically like other LP songs 2nd off the beat, its just a beat. there are many more complex beats 3rd- the "AHHHS" i consider them like the "OHHHHS" from Kings and Queens by 30 Seconds to Mars and there are other songs that use Ahhs and Ohhs 4th- the megaphone- the only thing unique about this song. i have never heard this done before. 5th- the vocals- just standard Mike rap and Standard Chester vocals. If anything they are below par from a lot of their other songs
  20. Nu Metal>>>>>>>>>>>
  21. well i don't think there is really anything special about WTCFM except the Spanish in the Megaphone so my answer is yes i have
  22. lol. your avatar is awesome
  23. ok and you don't care, but that doesn't stop me from talking about it. ATS<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
