  1. both Winnipeg and Clarkston on Carnivores have the same "At some point near the end of the show, Brad seemed to have hurt his back" note. is this correct for both shows? I'm aware that both have the same setlist and we've have some copy/paste issues before
  2. I am 100% certain that this will be the same setlist. they've not played any post-THP shows outside the US yet, so why change it for audiences who haven't had this setlist before?
  3. that one track was my first "this is from the show I went to" live treasures on my iPod, so this is... kinda disappointing. http://lplive.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=1991 UKUndercurrent released it, not sonisphere. there was a sonisphere USB wristband that you could buy prior to the festival that would sync bonus content once you plugged it in after the event. I never found out if there was any LP/DBS stuff included since I lost mine.
  4. http://lplive.net/shows/db/2001/20011027 song note: Brad repeatedly plays a note after Chester's vocal outro to ITE, and continues it right up until he starts APFMH. the note he plays is the 2nd piano note from ITE's intro, and is also the 2nd note (3rd, 4th, 5th pluck) of the intro to APFMH (the note's an octave above the 1st note for both). would that be considered some sort of transition outro/intro since the note is "relevant" to both songs? show notes: Chester replaces two alternate screams in the By Myself intro with the phrase "pick 'em up!", having just spent a few moments reminding people to help others who fall down in the pit. Mike switches up the call-and-repeat at the end of Step Up, with the phrase "when I say 'Mister', you say 'Hahn'". before Pushing Me Away, one of the band's technicians had to briefly come onstage to adjust Chester's wireless IEM receiver(?) attached to his belt loop, to which Chester remarked "dude, I'm so fucking sick of you Roger(?)...just sitting there staring at my ass". Mike went into the crowd on the 1st chorus of In The End, and Chester went in during A Place For My Head's bridge. Aaron Lewis' mic wasn't working until a few lines into his part in One Step Closer, he noticably tries to check if the mic is actually switched on. http://lplive.net/shows/db/2001/20010713 'show notes' duplicates what's now a source listing
  5. good luck getting bazinga! to take a moral stance on this one... seriously, LPL is not the only community of people who'll be interested in having a replayable version.
  6. on that note, source "versions" (separating via 1a, 1b, etc) are also used inconsistently. For example, Camden '08's sources are listed as separate 'versions': 1a = 16 bit, 1b = 24 bit, 1c = DVD-A. But Clarkston '14 and Darien Centre '14's sources simply note that there are two versions (16 and 24 bit) in the comments field, not via extra a/b differentiated entries. there's no real need to change this (file size would be enough to indicate to someone what they were downloading), but just so you're aware of it http://lplive.net/shows/db/2010/20101011 source 1b contains Numb between New Divide and BTH, and if the source note is meant to show 'play order', then WID is supposed to be after OSC http://lplive.net/shows/db/2014/20140601 Source 2 isnt a full source. the DVD has the same run-time as the "full show uploaded to youtube", but is missing The Catalyst intro, Papercut, With You, Joe's Solo Medley, and Burn It Down. parts of Runaway, Castle Of Glass and A Light That Never Comes are cut. and there are some mid song cuts in Mike's Solo Medley and New Divide. also, the DVD contains some Bonus clips of 'Guilty All The Same', 'Numb', 'In The End' and 'What I've Done' (not on youtube) from another right angle, filmed by White Lion (not alice k) and a hidden bonus of footage shot from backstage - clips of 'Faint', 'Waiting For The End', and 'Points Of Authority'.
  7. the 3rd and final installment of LPTV from the band's recent European tour is now online! discuss.
  8. I definitely wouldn't have heard of JK had it not been for DBS/LP, but i do like their stuff independently to that. all this business recently with JK just smacks of unprofessionalism on someone's part. I'm sure that this kind of stuff happens all the time behind the scenes, but having it spill over into a public forum has been a PA disaster. I'm just hoping that this mess with the Live CD gets sorted and they can push on with releasing new material.
  9. http://lplive.net/shows/db/2014/20140830 "Wastealnds" also, is it worth adding to the song note that The Catalyst refain in BIO was partly a singalong? we mention that for other versions of songs like WID and BIO c.2007/8.
  10. having a tiny fragment or a really bad source is, I admit, not worth the effort of storing away and backing up. would have been really shocked if you;d gotten rid of your nostalgia recs though
  11. totally off topic, but did you also delete the recs froms shows you attended?
  12. http://lplive.net/shows/db/2014/20140813 "Location: Third Rier, Row B" Tier -- http://lplive.net/shows/db/2014/20140821 source 1 run-time is 99:58 mins
  13. http://lplive.net/shows/db/2001/20010414 final sentence in show notes should read "...benefit for one of his favourite..."
  14. I imagine it would take too long if everyone wanted pictures individually.
  15. Download Festival 'DSP' Time: 42:17 mins Format: 508 MB / FLAC or 97.1 MB / mp3 Comments: HT tracks only added by Sergslim
  16. moved to DL fest thread. not got mine yet, I'm sure it will appear on youtube somewhere. pleasantly surprised they've given the option for FLAC.
  17. it's no problem, but I'm sure people will start talking about it once it's released - you'll know when it's out. it's essentially a DSP, yes, it comes "free" with a pre-order, but you still had to make a payment to LP.com in order to receive it. by my reasoning, it therefore counts as official content.
  18. does this really need a totally new thread stich? "August 12th or before" was the official line. there's still a day before we can call this "delayed" I assume it will be emailed to everyone who ordered (like the digital copies of THP were on release day) I pre-ordered via LP.com and have not received anything yet. this isn't like a normal studio release where it's likely to leak, so we just need to be patient.
  19. haha I know, but please try. I don't want to have to remind you again
  20. this is all very amusing JZE, but it's not contributing anything to the discussion about the show itself. please stop spamming.
  21. I agree, it's admirable to want to carry on, but there's a limit to catering to paying customers in the short term and making sure he's able to do so in the long term.
