this is probably the only time in my life I've wished that I had MTV in all seriousness, this is cool. I wondered what had happened about the last broadcast of this show on October 5th, since we never heard any news on that after the date.

exactly, Madrid '10 was an MTV performance so it does seem highly likely this'll be released in a similar fashion. nothing seems to have come of that broadcast of the show from Oct 5th so I too will be glad to see this released. It's a shame that more LT songs haven't been played on this early run of shows. a 2013 show would be better when there's likely more material rehearsed and ready, but either way, it sounded like an ace show and probably deserves a DVD, in the same way that Rock Am Ring '04 should have been the Meteora DVD rather then their 'support band' performance in front of a load of Metallica fans in Texas...

they seem to want to keep alot of enegery in the live shows this year, I feel like alot of ATS songs don't fit that anymore and the ones that have stayed are on the basis of, like you say, their "heaviness"

but it's still encouraging to hear that it has been mixed. it might be released some other way

I have to admit that the first time i watched the video, I didn't catch on that it was an older version of the boy, i thought it was a memory of his dad or a flashback.

I'm in two minds about the liklihood of COG being played... it's logical time-wise, but is COG too quiet and introspective for a one-song performance. BID and LITE are good promos for Living Things since they're two of the big anthemic tracks, but I don't know, COG might not be suitable for the audience they'll be playing to :/

won't there still be restrictions on licensing for Pictureboard (if it was ever to be released) I know it's a convoluted system given that LPUers pay for a subscription, not just the CD, but isn't there still technically money being paid to Linkin Park for a CD featuring snippets of another artist's copyrighted material...?
