I think Dead By Sunrise is incredibly awesome. Period. And I actually preferred the older version of "My Suffering," too (especially since the verses even reminded me of Iron Maiden in a kinda weird way *laughs*) but I like that song nevertheless. Since I heard the HD recordings of the live tracks in Stuttgart, I really fell in love with "Fire." It's just so good! I also love Ryan's background vocals A LOT!

I totally loved the three DBS songs they played! It was definitely my highlight performance-wise! I also preferred the verses of the older version of "My Suffering" but this one is good as well! And thanks so much for sharing the HD videos - the quality is just amazing!

Yeah, well, if this info happens to be legit (because Lestat just stated the info was removed - but maybe not because it was false, but because it shouldn't have been published that early), I also think The Morning After will only be a Japan bonus track. Bands are doing that very often because it can be very hard for them to go over to Japan, and therefore they are giving the people there a special. And DBS might be doing that because it might have been hard for the Japanese fans to get the Transformers soundtrack where the song was included. If it will really be out in Japan on September 30th, I suppose it will already be out here in Germany on Friday, the 25th because albums are always released on Fridays here, and oftentimes they are released some days before the official USA or Japan/Asia release dates.

o I will of course rock out nevertheless. After all it's an LP show and they are always great live, even though they are playing the same songs or don't change their setlist around that much. I actually thought about not visiting LP Live anymore until the show so that the setlist will surprise me, but I didn't manage to do it *laughs* I will also neither take any pics nor any videos, and I will also not twitter the setlist or stuff because I prefer to have fun at concerts. That is why I also always refuse to have photo passes (I'm working for some mags) - it's just too much stress and destroys the fun for me. I'm mostly looking forward to seeing DBS, though

No, we now know for sure that DBS will only play the shows in Germany, UK, and Japan. Not even Portugal... Talinda has twittered about it and a friend of mine who is friends with JK also confirmed it. EDIT: Okay, too late

Wow, then we people from Germany and UK are really lucky I guess they are playing here because England and Germany are the main markets for music here in Europe, and it might be too expensive for them to join all the other dates as well.

They will DEFINITELY play the German shows and Sonisphere, and the first German show is on July 30th

My bet is that Julien-K won't join DBS until the Zürich show And they will leave after the Japan show so that they won't play China as well. Amir from Julien-K has already confirmed that DBS will definitely not play in Russia.

That's AWESOME because it also means we will get high-quality versions of the DBS songs that they are gonna play! I will definitely purchase the one for Stuttgart

For those who have been wondering why they are releasing different singles in the USA and Europe, this is what Ryan replied in the JKMB: oh yeah - and the label is different in Europe than in America.. so they choose their own single. they're the ones that have to sell it, not us.. RS So this means they will have different labels in the USA or in Europe, or maybe Warner Music Europe decided to go for another single than Warner Music USA.

I totally agree with the "Faint" version. I've been to this show and the ending was freaking hilarious... I stood in the photo pit when the show closed (because I had crowdsurfed, had then been grabbed by the securities, and was actually told to leave the place immediately but somehow I managed to hide myself behind a very tall security guard who didn't notice me *laughs* - I was rudely kicked out after the show, though! -) and I really laughed my ass off. Totally one of the best performances ever! The performances at Rock am Ring somehow always kick ass!

I'm gonna talk them into it I mean, they have to consider the fact that they might not come back over here anytime soon, and they also know they have a bunch of real hardcore fans over here that might just show up for DBS at these shows. So it would just be fair of them to let us meet them. It wouldn't even be a pain in the ass for them to just do some pictures and sign some stuff for some people. They aren't very popular here yet so I'm sure they would have some minutes to make like 5 people really, really happy *laughs*

I'd just want to meet Julien-K, to be honest *laughs* But I'm not in the LPU so I won't win anyway.

As far as I know, Julien-K's second single should be "Systeme de Sexe". At least that is what Ryan stated some while back that they were thinking about.
