Calm down. We don't even know if STP did cover COG. And even if they did so what? In every interview Chester has said LP is his number one priority. Plus Mike was there supporting too, he just didn't perform. I love STPWCB and LP and I hope Chester can continue to do both for a long time. Edit: Just saw the comment, pretty sure that woman was talking about the music video the hospital did. I don't think they performed Castle of Glass.

I'm pretty sure all the events have been at Hard Rock. There's one in Dallas so I hope they do it before I leave. Not really worth a big trip, but if they did it in the city you live in I think it would be a fun night to go to.

lol Mike not giving us no info like usual. I feel like Mike already said this in another interview. I doubt people seriously expected the new album to sound like ALTNC. Plus we know that Mike and co don't really know what the album will sound like until the very end. They always have a bunch of ideas. I do wish that they wouldn't use Rubin again. The man is great, but I think it's time for some new blood.

US is a different animal. People who get their really early are the people with LPU passes. So if you want your choice of barricade spot then you have to get there early, but if you're ok with being off to the sides then you could probably wait till 3 hours or so before doors, depending on which state your in (West Coast more time is needed and South less). I'm short so I always just clear my day and get there early. The only problem is when the venue screws up and opens the pit in two spots (dumb dumb dumb Planet Hollywood!)

Coldplay is a UK band. LP has done Milton Keyes and a Summit there. I imagine they'll be back soon.

Yeah that's what I meant. However, just listened to it and there was no new information. Chester was a great guest and I think he gives good advice. Poor Robert though. I get the feeling that this was his first time on loveline.

Interviewer: Are you still doing Linkin Park stuff? Is it full time Stone Temple Pilots? How's this gonna work? Chester: I'd say it's full time both. It does mean I have to do a lot more stuff then I had to do before. *laughs* But I'm in the studio with Linkin Park. I'll actually be going there later today. We're working on a new record. We have some shows that'll be coming up early next year I think, and I have STP shows through early March booked. So, it's just a matter of making sure that when I'm available to either, I need to give 100%. I know this coming year is going to be very Linkin Park heavy because we're making a new record, we're launching a World Tour. So from that I assume random one off shows in 2014 somewhere for Linkin Park, and then later a World Tour.

I think they are. Chester said in the Kevin and Bean interview that LP might be playing some shows in early 2014, but it doesn't look like a tour or anything extensive. I just hope it isn't a one off in LA. A show in FL or something would be better IMO.

What are you talking about? I hear the full songs. They only played Black Heart and Pretty Penny. You have to wait till after the interview to hear it. It's all one mp3 stream.

I think they hit a lot of countries, but didn't tour for long. We'll see if this time is longer.

I feel like there will be sporadic US dates, because in the other interview Chester mentioned early 2014 for a few shows, but it looks like a full tour will have to wait till 2015.

According to the interview Chester and Robert did with 93.3 WMMR, Linkin Park is planning a North American Tour in 2015. Interview Here. Whelp, while I wanted more time, I didn't expect it to be THAT long.

Listening to the interview, Chester there MIGHT be a FEW shows early next year, and then he mentioned that LP's new album and the World tour later, so I feel like August is a good guess. Also lets not forget that Chester is still touring with STP early next year too. If I win another M&G I think I should get Chester some sort of stress reliever, like one of those squishy hand things lol. Good thing is that he sounded fine in the interview.

I'm stunned by this. If LP drops an album in the spring I'll be seriously blown away. They've been so quiet and I thought the same as Mark, they'd spend the beginning of 2014 in the studio and then start the PR for the 6th album. Even if they aren't dropping the album in the spring, that's almost more surprising that they would suddenly do a world tour, not just some shows in Japan or LA, but a WORLD tour. I hope Chester doesn't get worn out.

The EP will be out so I'm hoping to hear more of their thoughts on Same On the Inside, Tomorrow and Cry Cry.

Another video has been posted by Artisan News. I LOVE how cool the LP guys, Mike especially, have been about this. You can hear how grateful Dean is. Also Dean implied Mike was willing to help with STP.

I'M SO EXCITED! OMG FINALLY BEEN WAITING FOR STP TO HIT DALLAS (or close enough)! I'm definitely going to try and get the best tickets I can. I wish there were some LP fans in Dallas I could go with. I hate going to shows alone.

I guess I didn't hear it. I don't know what I expected. Maybe a few words from Chester or one of the DeLeo brothers. Still it was a good performance and that's the important part.

Looks like it was just a quick performance of Black Heart. I'm not sure if Leno even mentioned the album, but instead just held up the album. :/ However, the band sounded great. I'm glad they did Black Heart. I can't wait to see someone else post the link because my stream wasn't the best quality.
