  1. Yeah! Iron & Wine FTW!!
  2. The Catalyst and Waiting for the End sounded amazing
  3. Yes, but you didn't compare Hybrid Theory to Meteora or Minutes to Midnight. In order for something to be the best, it has to be better than everything else, but you only talked about one. It's kind of like saying why an apple is the best fruit, but only comparing it to a banana, leaving out the strawberries and kiwis... I'm sorry I couldn't think of a better analogy
  4. Yeah the first paragraph was good, but then you seemed to delve too much into why ATS was not good, instead of why HT is better than their other efforts.
  5. I don't particularly not like heavy LP, QWERTY is just one of the three that I hate with a passion. Although you're right, I''m even starting to annoy myself now
  6. QWERTY. It really does not belong in this election.
  7. Probably Hands Held High because it's been stuck in my head since yesterday.
  8. Iridescent, with No Roads Left close behind.
  9. I was thinking that but wasn't quite sure how to put it.
  10. But I'm pretty sure they've stated that for ATS they didn't stop reworking the songs until everyone was satisfied (in the DVD I think, I can't really remember). So...I guess we know, unless we don't want to believe them.
  11. +1 lol I would say that that's the structure for Blackbirds, but WFTE is slightly different: intro rap verse 1 verse 2 chorus verse 3 chorus bridge rap and then the layered chorus you mentioned
  12. Because they would have already released it and can't physically rewind time to unrelease it, re-work it some more, and then hope it fares better?...At least, I don't think they can
  13. I only miss the live strings. I love the fact that they are moving away from the heavy stuff.
  14. Bubbles ftw!
  15. Well I guess I just am not a huge fan of whiny, my-life-sucks kind of lyrics. They are easily predictable and come off as childish and immature, oftentimes.
  16. Well, now if that's your argument I think you need to remember that this is Linkin Park you're a fan of. If you think they would've made 6 more "real" songs if they hypothetically scrapped all of the interludes, then you clearly don't know the band lol. And for everyone with this reason for hating the interludes: Do you honestly believe you would've wanted a 9 track album with all full songs, or a 15 track album with 9 full songs and some interludes thrown in?
